Philippians 4:6-7 states: Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.

 

Let’s Pray: God I want to say “Thank You.† Thank You for loving me. I praise You for what You are doing in my life.  God I ask in Jesus’ name that You will teach me how to trust You and rest in Your love.  Hold me quietly in your arms and rock me in Your love.  Speak to my heart and whisper Your Words of love, hope, and encouragement.  God whatever comes my way, tests, trials, and tribulations let everything cause me to grow closer and fall more in love with you. Bless me to become more sensitive to Your voice, quicker to respond to Your command, more knowledgeable in the Word of God, stronger in the Lord, wiser in in the choices that I make, and healthier on my journey called life. 


Whatever comes my way let me find myself praying and not worrying, trusting You and not doubting You.  Let me find myself crying out to You, and seeking Your face.  God I am depending on You to bring me through. God Thank You for not failing me. I Thank You for my testimony of victory, of excellent health, and healing.  And God all that I have asked of You in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of this prayer, all those I love, and care about.  Amen, so be it, and it is so in Jesus’ name.

We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.
