Lord, Thank You for today...the first day of the ...

Lord, Thank You for today...the first day of the year ' 2014'. I want this to be a new Journey for me and my child, may you send your everlasting love and grace our way. Lord, free me from my past. Help me, to always be grateful and thankful for what I have..even if it's only your love. Although, I'm often flattered by material things..remind me that those are only man-made material. Lord, keep my focus on my blessings and nobody else blessing but mine! I noticed, when I asked to be protected from enemies, it was then I lost so-called friends. But that is ok, when I stopped drinking and partying, I lost so-called friends also. But it's ok, I wanted to give you my life and I don't regret it for anyone. Lord, let this year be me giving you my all, and getting my priorities together. Help me, when I stumble in prayer..when I know what I'm trying to ask but can't get it out right. Lord, you know me better than I know myself..please just take control. Amen
