Lord thank you for being here for me and my husband..healing for me and my husband for our health and marriage and getting along and for my sisters ### for her able to see better and for my sister ### for whatever she needs healing in and healing prayers for ### she is going to be in rehab tomorrow. and prayers for ### too and for the rest of our families and friends..Lord I need healing about my anxiety depression panic attacks and help me to be kind and so forth please mold me Lord the way you see fit..Lord I always need you thank you and I love you..Lord I feel aches in my back and side please heal me of it..thank you Lord I give this all to you Lord..### ###'s child is a trouble child he really needs you Lord he doesn't go to school like he should and threatens his grandmother ### when he comes over to her house and tells her that he wishes she was dead and so on..He has driven her car at night with out a car linesnes he is 16teen and has been pulled over by a police man once..Lord I give this all to you thank you Lord amen

Depression is an attack on the mind. It occurs when you feel a lack of hope. Doctors​

say it is anger turned inward. It happens when you feel anger at a boss or loved one and you feel you
can't express it for fear of the loss of love or the loss of a job.
Satan will use this as an opportunity to attack your mind.​

Jesus defeated Satan at the cross and took away his tools of evil so he tries to attack your mind by putting
evil thoughts in your mind.​

You need to bind the Spirit of Heaviness and all evil spirits out of your mind.
Put on the full Armor of God and pray a hedge of protection around yourself.

The best thing you can do is get up and go do something fun or find some way to help others.
Here are some scriptures You can focus on for your mental health.

Rom.12:2 And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what the will of God is, that which is good and acceptable and perfect.
Phil.4:8 Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable—if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—think about such things.
Eph.5:15-16 Set your minds on things above, not on earthly things.​

Here are some things to do that will help:

1. Exercise. Move the body...walk or run. 20-30 minutes of outside exercise.

2. What is one thing you enjoyed doing in the past? Find a day and time to spend 10 minutes doing that activity or something similar.

3. Journal...Write down your thoughts so you can get rid of the negative ones..

4. Stay away from negative media, posts, anything that triggers negative emotion.

5. Watch an inspirational movie - there are some great Christian movies out now.

6. Write down scripture or positive affirmations and put them in the bathroom and around house. Read them daily.

7. Do something for someone else. .

God deal with all my enemies according to Your Word. God all that I have asked of You in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of this prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. And God please strengthen each of us to always walk in the character and habits of Christ Jesus. Let us all live our lives for Your glory and good pleasure.
