We hear your cry for justice and relief from the persecution and harassment you are enduring in the workplace. The pain and frustration you feel are real, and we stand with you in seeking God’s intervention. The Lord sees every injustice and hears the prayers of His children. We rebuke the spirit of oppression and harassment in the name of Jesus Christ, for it is written:

"The Lord is a refuge for the oppressed, a stronghold in times of trouble. Those who know your name trust in you, for you, Lord, have never forsaken those who seek you." (Psalm 9:9-10 WEB)

We also lift up the one causing this distress. While we do not condone their actions, we pray for their heart to be softened and for conviction to lead them to repentance. Your request for God to speak to her in dreams and bring restlessness is not unwarranted, for the Lord can use many means to bring about His justice. However, we must remember that vengeance belongs to God alone, and our hearts must remain aligned with His will:

"Do not take revenge, my dear friends, but leave room for God’s wrath, for it is written: ‘It is mine to avenge; I will repay,’ says the Lord." (Romans 12:19 WEB)

We encourage you to trust in God’s timing and His perfect justice. While you wait, lean on Him for strength and peace. The enemy may seek to wear you down, but the Lord is your defender. We pray that He will make a way where there seems to be no way, as He has promised:

"See, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up; do you not perceive it? I am making a way in the wilderness and streams in the wasteland." (Isaiah 43:19 WEB)

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We lift up our brother/sister who is enduring persecution and harassment in the workplace. Lord, You see every injustice and every tear shed in this trial. We ask that You would intervene and bring an end to this oppression. Give our brother/sister strength and peace that surpasses all understanding, guarding their heart and mind in Christ Jesus.

Father, we pray for the one causing this distress. Soften their heart, Lord, and bring conviction where there is hardness. Speak to them in ways they cannot ignore, and lead them to repentance. If they refuse to change, we trust in Your justice, knowing that You will deal with them according to Your will.

Lord, make a way where there seems to be no way. Open doors that no one can shut and provide relief from this burden. We declare that no weapon formed against Your child shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment, You will condemn. We rebuke the spirit of harassment and oppression in the name of Jesus, and we declare victory over this situation.

Father, we ask that You would restore joy, peace, and purpose to our brother/sister’s life. Let them feel Your presence in a tangible way, reminding them that they are never alone. Strengthen their faith and help them to trust in Your perfect timing.

We pray all these things in the precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord, who lives and reigns with You and the Holy Spirit, one God, forever and ever. Amen.

Continue to stand firm in your faith, knowing that God is your defender. Seek His face daily, and trust that He will bring justice in His perfect way and time. You are not forgotten, and your cries are heard.

We hear the deep ache and exhaustion in your words, the sense of being pushed to your limit by ongoing harassment and the helplessness you feel over a schedule change that's been used against you. Thank you for sharing this burden with us. It's clear you've been trying to endure under a heavy load, and we're so sorry you're facing this alone at work.

You've already done the most important thing: bringing this into God's hands and asking Him to intervene. We're standing with you in that. When we feel powerless, it's easy to pray fiery words, we long for God to set things right immediately. And He does see every injustice; He is never indifferent to the suffering of His people. Yet we've found that the safest place for our hearts, even when we're wounded, is to trust His justice and His timing, rather than the specific ways we want Him to act. So we'll pray not that someone else be made restless or uncomfortable, but that God protects you, silences every scheme meant to harm you, and works His own just resolution, whatever that looks like in His perfect wisdom.

A practical step that can sometimes help when harassment is persistent is to start quietly keeping a simple written record: dates, what was said or done, and any witnesses. Not to build bitterness, but as a way of not feeling swallowed by chaos. It can also give you clarity if you ever need to speak with a supervisor or a godly mentor who can advocate for you. You don't have to carry this alone.

We're praying for you right now: Father, we lift up this weary one who has been mistreated and feels backed into a corner. You know every unfair word, every manipulation. We ask You to surround them with Your peace that passes understanding, to strengthen their heart when they feel they can't take another day. Give them wisdom about when to speak and when to stay silent, and open a door of relief, whether that means a shift in the situation, a change in 's behavior, or a new assignment. Guard their dignity and livelihood. In Jesus' name, we pray for Your mighty, merciful intervention. Amen.

The affliction you endure in the workplace, though bitter to the taste, is a wave that may speed you nearer to your desired haven. Persecution, in whatever venomous form it takes, slander, jesting, or this unjust dealing with your schedule, has a sanctifying usefulness. It keeps up the separation between the church and the world and often drives the Christian nearer to his God. How many prayers have been offered up as the result of such trials, heaven alone can tell! Be not, therefore, weary in well-doing, but consider Him who endured such contradiction of sinners against Himself, lest ye be wearied and faint in your minds.

Yet your cry for judgment must be brought into the court of divine inspection. The Lord will perfect that which concerneth you; this confidence is divine, and His mercy is the everlasting arch that sustains all the weight of your trouble. But to pray for restlessness and discomfort to be visited upon another, to draw a bloodline of imprecation, dear soul, examine this by the standard of His justice. No convinced sinner, truly seeing God’s law in its glorious holiness, can rail at His justice or prescribe the form of another’s punishment. We are sanctified persons, chosen as peculiar vessels, and our weapon is not the demanding of personal vengeance but the entrusting of all to Him who judges righteously. Divine sovereignty is most comforting when we leave the ordering of others’ hearts entirely in His hands.

Look away, then, to the Savior’s endurance. He committed the great, unpardonable sin in the world’s eyes, preaching the doctrine of divine grace, and bore the full contradiction. And until you know the price of divine blood, you cannot tell the value of these mercies. Justice itself has been satisfied for you in Gethsemane and on the tree; you go free because the punishment fell upon your Substitute. Can you not, then, stand with Justice at the cross and hear it say, “It is enough”? Plead with the Lord to display His power over this unlikely situation not chiefly by removing the persecutor, but by dissolving the difficulty with His presence and perhaps even saving the obstinate one. God can be just, and yet the justifier. Make no provision for the flesh, but let the divine life in you urge you constantly onwards, praying that the Lord would speak to this soul in mercy and grant that which concerns you peace, leaving the rest to His unimpeachable will.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

It is a grievous thing to suffer injustice in the workplace, and the pain of it pierces the soul. I do not make light of what you endure, for the wound is real when you are harassed and your schedule is disrupted. Yet observe how the adversary, when he sees a soul striving toward godliness, most fiercely attacks, and how our good training is then most put into action. For when we suffer persecution, it is then that our salvation is displayed and heightened, if endurance is present.

But I must speak plainly about that prayer you have offered. You ask God to make this woman restless and uncomfortable, and you speak of drawing a bloodline against her. Consider what this reveals. When you pray for harm upon another, even one who has wronged you, you depart from the pattern our Lord set before us. Remember Stephen, that lamb-like man, who while being stoned cried out, "Lay not this sin to their charge." These were not empty words but a heart conformed to the Master who commands us to mingle mercy with justice. He who began the transgression would be worthy of greater punishment, yet God teaches us even while we suffer to show forth great consideration.

Do not say that justice demands retaliation. According to strict justice, we all should have perished from the beginning. What we have instead received is kindness beyond measure, and having received mercy, we must become children of the compassionate One who makes His sun rise upon the evil and the good. If you pray for revelation, pray rather that she might see the truth and be turned from her ways, not that she be tormented. For when we strike our adversary with prayers of vengeance, we dim the light that should shine forth most brightly in our suffering.

I understand well that persecution, even in small matters, wears upon the spirit. The Philippians too heard that Paul was in bonds and were disturbed, yet he taught them that such things fall out rather unto the progress of the Gospel. Place this matter truly in God's hands, but let your hands be clean of any desire to see her suffer. Endure, and let mercy and truth not forsake you, binding them about your neck as an ornament. By this shall all see that you are enrolled under Christ for your Teacher.

The cry of your heart is heard, and the weight you are carrying is not hidden from the Lord. When the workplace becomes a crucible of pressure and harassment, it is so easy to feel that the breaking point is near. That deep weariness you expressed, wondering how much longer you can endure, is a pain God does not despise. Many who have walked in faithfulness before you have known that same crushing feeling, and Scripture shows us a surprising truth. Persecution, though it wounds deeply in the moment, has never truly harmed the church. In fact, the church has always thrived in the face of it, because the pressure strips away the superficial and causes genuine faith to rise. Your very endurance is evidence of a living, true belief. Adversity has a way of revealing what is real, drawing believers closer to one another, and binding hearts together in a love that abounds.

I hear your plea for justice, for the harassment to stop and for the one causing you grief to be revealed in her actions. It is a biblical and right impulse to long for God’s intervention, for He is a God of righteousness. He desires justice to prevail. He is not blind to what is happening under that roof. Even when earthly systems or courts fail, as they so often do, the foundation of God’s justice remains unshaken. He often takes up the cause of the oppressed; He sees the conniving and the taking of unfair advantage. The Lord is not so detached from your pain that He is unaware. Yet, while your desire for her to feel restless and for God to remove her is understandable, there is a profound truth woven through God's hand in all this. He is not the author of evil, but He is sovereign over it. Think of how often persecution itself became the very instrument by which God spread the gospel and deepened faith. He can use this unjust pressure to forge something in you that a life of ease could never produce. What others intend for harm, God so frequently bends for good, shaping Christ-formed endurance within you.

Rather than drawing a bloodline of confrontation in your own strength, draw a line of faith even deeper in the God who judges justly. The ultimate judgment does not belong to us, and when God does reveal His righteousness against unbelief and unrighteousness, it will be a manifest token of His justice. Your part is to keep judgment and do justice yourself, to live fairly and honestly before Him, even when you are treated unfairly. This honors the Lord, and many who trust in such emptiness as you are facing will eventually find their own foundations crumbling. Trust that He will deal with what is hardened, for He often brings a person to a place of inner turmoil apart from any vengeance on our part. Your calling at this moment is not to blow up the rock of their rebellion but to walk in the narrow way with Christ, who was also led like a lamb before unjust accusers. Continue to lay the real situation before the Lord, not just for her removal, but for Him to make a way where there seems to be no way, for your own heart to be kept in His peace, and for His righteous salvation to be near to you in that place, even as you look for a breakthrough.
