Lord Protect Us

Nasetheamb

Servant of All
Lord I pray to you thanking you for all you do for me and mine. Protect us from evil. Help us throughout our days, keeping us safe in our employment. Keep our work procedures the same. Help us be able to fix our home. Keep us healthy. Keep us in great respect of others. Watch over us when we need help or are sick. Keep us safe in all aspects of our lives. Thank you.

We come before the throne of grace with hearts full of gratitude for the Lord’s faithfulness in your life and the lives of your loved ones. It is a blessing to lift you up in prayer, seeking God’s protection, provision, and peace over every area of your life. We are reminded of the words of Psalm 91:9-11, "Because you have made Yahweh your refuge, and the Most High your dwelling place, no evil shall happen to you, neither shall any plague come near your dwelling. For he will put his angels in charge of you, to guard you in all your ways."

Father, we thank You for Your constant care and ask that You would indeed protect this family from the schemes of the enemy. The devil prowls like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour (1 Peter 5:8), but we stand firm in the knowledge that greater is He who is in us than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4). We rebuke every plan of the enemy to steal, kill, or destroy in this family’s life, and we declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). Shield them from every form of evil, whether seen or unseen, and let Your hedge of protection surround them day and night.

Lord, we pray for stability and favor in their employment. May their work be a testimony of Your goodness, and may they find joy and fulfillment in the tasks You have set before them. We ask that You would guard their work procedures, that there would be no confusion or disruption, but rather clarity and order as they walk in wisdom. "Commit your deeds to Yahweh, and your plans shall succeed" (Proverbs 16:3). Provide the resources and strength they need to maintain and repair their home, that it would be a place of peace, refuge, and hospitality.

We also lift up their health to You, Great Physician. Strengthen their bodies, minds, and spirits, and protect them from illness and disease. May they walk in divine health, honoring You with their bodies as temples of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19-20). Father, we ask that You would surround them with godly relationships and favor in the eyes of others. Let their lives reflect Your love and righteousness, so that they may be respected and influential for Your kingdom. "Let your light shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father who is in heaven" (Matthew 5:16).

Lord, we trust in Your promise to watch over them when they are weak, sick, or in need. You are the God who never slumbers nor sleeps (Psalm 121:3-4), and we ask that You would be their ever-present help in times of trouble. Cover them with Your feathers, and under Your wings may they find refuge (Psalm 91:4). Keep them safe in every aspect of their lives, physically, emotionally, spiritually, and financially. May they experience Your peace that surpasses all understanding, guarding their hearts and minds in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).

We are grateful for the opportunity to stand in agreement with this family, believing that You hear and answer our prayers according to Your perfect will. May they continue to grow in faith, walking closely with You each day, and may their lives bring glory and honor to Your holy name. In all things, may they say, "The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want" (Psalm 23:1).

We pray all these things in the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, the name above every name, the only name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). It is through Him that we have access to You, Father, and it is by His blood that we are redeemed. May this family always find their hope, strength, and identity in Christ alone. Amen.

We were encouraged to read your thankful heart in this prayer. Thanking God in the middle of daily work and home needs is a good and humble place to be, and we join you in that gratitude.

We hear how much you are carrying. Wanting protection from evil, steadiness at work, a home that is cared for, health, and to be respected by others are deep and good desires. It makes sense you would ask God to keep your work procedures steady and to watch over you when you are sick or need help. He sees those ordinary, everyday details and cares about them.

It can help to keep bringing these same requests to Him simply each morning before work and each evening at home, naming what is most on your mind that day. And when health needs or home repairs feel heavy, reaching out to trusted people nearby for practical help alongside prayer can be a steady support.

Father, thank You for this brother or sister and their family. We ask for Your protecting hand over them from evil, for safety and steadiness in their employment, for provision and wisdom as they care for their home, for health and for Your nearness when they are sick or in need. Keep them in Your care in every part of life. In Jesus' name we pray, amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God-conscious-solution-focused-heart-mind-spirit-and-attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. God, please forever honor this prayer over each of our lives. God Thank You. Amen, so be it by faith, and by faith, it is so. Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

We join with you in thanking the Lord for all He has done for you and yours, and we bring your petitions before His throne of grace.

It is right and wise to seek the Lord's protection from evil, for the heart of man is by nature a den of evil and the world around us lies under the power of darkness. Yet we have this hope, that the blood of Jesus Christ His Son cleanseth us from all sin, and that whoever believes in the Lord Jesus Christ is saved not only from the guilt of sin but from the love of it. Salvation is of the Lord, and our deliverance in every trial must come from the right hand of the Most High.

We pray that the Lord will keep you and your household in His gracious care, that He will watch over you by day and by night, in health and in sickness, and in all aspects of your lives. We ask Him to grant you safety in your employment, to give you strength and wisdom for the work of your hands, and to provide for the needs of your home as you seek to repair and establish it. We pray also that He will preserve you in health and keep you in good report among your neighbors, giving you grace to overcome evil with good, for to return good for evil is Godlike and preserves the soul from harm.

Above all we pray that you may know the greater protection which is found only in Christ, fleeing from the wrath to come by laying hold on Him who was pierced for our transgressions. May you rest not in outward circumstances or procedures, but in the living Savior who stands ready to redeem and to keep all who trust in Him.

We commend you to the Lord, asking that He will help you throughout your days, keep you from evil, and cause His peace to guard your hearts and homes.

In the name of Jesus Christ our only hope, Amen.

We thank God with you for His goodness to you and your household, and we join you in asking for His protection and care.

Your prayer asks to be kept from evil, and this is the first and greatest petition. Scripture teaches us that sin is the only true evil, while poverty, sickness, or hardship are not evil in themselves. Wealth too is not a good in itself, and health, though it is better than feebleness, is not the highest good. The only true good is to be well pleasing to God. So when we pray to be delivered from evil, we pray most of all to be delivered from sin, from a depraved mind, from envy and jealousy and every work that separates us from Christ, and to be kept in a sound mind and a sober heart. God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind, so that even if trouble comes, it may sober us and cut away what is superfluous and draw us closer to Him.

You also pray for safety in your employment, for your home, for health, and for respect among others. These are right to bring before the Lord, for He makes His sun to rise on the evil and on the good and sends rain on the just and on the unjust, and His care sustains us in all aspects of our lives. Yet we also remember that whether we are in plenty or in want, in health or in sickness, we can have joy if our conscience is clear before God. The affliction itself is not the evil, but to sin while in comfort or in trouble is the sore affliction. Therefore ask Him not only to keep your work procedures steady and your home repaired and your bodies healthy, but to give you grace to use all these things faithfully, to work honestly, to be content, and to love your neighbor.

As you go from prayer back into daily life, do not at once plunge into business unsuited to prayer, but keep the fruit of prayer alive. Take the Bible into your hands when you return home, and call together your wife and children and all your household to hear and to remember what the Lord has taught, and only then turn to the business of life. In this way your home will be watched over not only in body but in soul.

We pray for you now: Father in heaven, we thank You for Your mercy to this household. Through Jesus Christ Your Son, who alone is our salvation, keep them from the evil one and from sin. Guard them in their coming and going, in their employment and in their home. Grant them health according to Your wisdom, and when they are sick or in need, be near to help them. Teach them to seek first to be pleasing to You, and to bear all things with love and a sound mind. Keep them in Your peace and in good respect before others by their honest and gentle life, and keep them safe in all aspects of their lives until You bring them to everlasting life. Amen.

Your prayer of thanksgiving and trust is beautiful and the Lord hears it. It is good to thank Him for all He does for you and your household and to ask for His protection and care in every area of life.

Scripture teaches that the beginning of wisdom is to hate evil because God hates evil, and that evil always asks to be tolerated and compromised with. The wise response is not to tolerate it or walk near it, but to turn from it, pass by it, and remove your foot from its path. When we fear the Lord and depart from evil, the promise is that it brings health and strength. Wisdom and understanding will deliver you from the way of the evil person who leaves the right path to walk in darkness.

The prudent person sees the danger ahead and hides himself, and we have that hiding place in what God has provided through Jesus Christ. You do not need to fret because of those who do evil, for they will be cut off and there is no lasting reward for their way. Instead, keep walking in truth and in love for one another, for love for the brethren is one of the signs that we have passed from death to life.

Your requests for safety, for stability in your work, for help in repairing your home, for health, and for respect among others are close to the heart of God. The apostle John wrote to his friend Gaius, who was prospering spiritually, and prayed that he would prosper and be in good health even as his soul prospered. That is a right and biblical prayer, that your physical health and daily provision would match the health of your soul as you walk with the Lord. The Lord is also the one who watches over you when you are sick and when you need help, and He is able to keep you in all aspects of your life.

I join you in praying that the Lord will keep you from evil, from rebellion and disobedience that destroys, and that He will give you wisdom to discern and avoid every crooked path. May He establish your steps, keep your employment steady, provide for the needs of your home, guard your health, and cause you to walk in favor and respect before others as your ways please Him. May He make even those who might oppose you to be at peace with you, and may His presence be your protection day and night.

Father, in the name of Jesus, I thank You for this family and for Your goodness to them. Keep them from evil, draw them close to You, help them to fear You and depart from every evil way, and hide them in Christ. Provide for their work and their home, keep them healthy, and watch over them in sickness and in every need. Let their souls prosper in Your truth and love, and let their daily lives reflect that prosperity. Amen.
