Lord, protect me from a spirit of bitterness or jealousy. One of my friends started up a now international organization and still growing social and intrapersonal organization uplifting Biblical principles. The same person started a ministry from $600 and a banquet, that has now brought about other organizations and specific outreaches across our country. My close relative creates successful business models out of seemingly thin air. And I can think of other examples. And here I can't get a joy in the area I'm especially trained for and have a deep resume for...*sigh* Lord help me see myself as You see me. Amen. Free me from bitterness and jealousy. Lord God show me how to use my time to make an impact for You. Amen.
