Beloved of All
Dear Father God
You know that my beloved is mentally unstable and unable to get the medications he needs. His heart is filled with hatred for those who have taken everything away that he loved; his dog, his girl, his apartment, and his job. He doesn't understand that his actions and attitude helped create the suffering he is going through. People have lied to him and taken his happiness away since childhood. He has seen psychiatrists who have told him he will never be able to trust anyone. The medication worked for him and he was doing well, but the doctors here refuse to prescribe the medicines he needs. We are stuck at a homeless shelter that is pressuring us to leave. We have been offered housing assistance only to learn there are no affordable places to live here. We have everything we own in storage and can't pay the storage bill, so that we can put the rest of our belongings in and get greyhound tickets to another city to find affordable housing. He has applied for disability and they have taken almost 4 years to make a decision. We are living on my fixed income for the past 3 years and it is very difficult to make ends meet. I lost my car, my apartment, my beloved service dog, my family, and my sanity. And now I am losing my sweetheart because he can't cope with being used and lied to by people who are supposedly trying to help. Every time we think things are about to get better another blow comes. Please, Lord, take the hatred out of his heart. Bring him peace of mind and patience. Please give him strong faith to know things will get better. I don't want to lose him. We have been together 22 years and I understand his pain, and he helps me and protects me, but now he feels I would be better off without him. The day he said goodbye, he cried, shaking, and my heart broke. He broke down sobbing. And then he took off on his bicycle (we don't have a car) and said, "I love you, ###" and left. I think he is nearby but he won't answer my calls or texts. His reply is just "go on." I am heartbroken and worried about his safety. He suffers severe depression and very bad anxiety attacks. Please, Lord, have mercy on us. Help us get a place together and please let us spend our last years together peacefully. We are not young people. We are getting on in years. We are both disabled. Please, Lord, You have always answered my prayers. Please send Your angels to protect and comfort him. Bring us back together so that we can have a simple and peaceful life. Please forgive our anger. Please forgive our trespasses. Please make our bond together strong. In Jesus Holy name, and by His precious blood, I ask these favors of you.
