Dear Heavenly Father,

In the name of Jesus, we come before you on behalf of ###, who is seeking your intervention and healing touch. Lord, we acknowledge that you are the ultimate source of all healing and restoration. Your Word reminds us in Psalm 103:3 that you "forgive all our sins and heal all our diseases." We humbly ask that you remove every dark circle, hollow, bumpy bit, raised bit, line, and imperfection under both eyes.
