Lord Please Let Me Sleep

Dear Lord, I can't sleep . I am so tired it's making me sick. I have to take medication from the doctor to sleep at all. I still sleep very little. I look and feel so tired. I pray to you for a good nights rest. I have been waking up all through the night and then up for good before 6:00 am . Please please give me rest. . Amen

Father we know  how vital sleep is for our health and well being . Sleep deprivation is a terrible thing  that compromises  our immune system and can also actually cause  stress and depression . Lord  give this dear person your peace., your rest. Calm their mind and their anxiety. Father  put them to sleep as only you can . Give them some respite Lord , and Father , show them how to manage their problem in a way that will enable them to embark on proper sleeping patterns . Thank you father in Jesus name we pray amen .
