We hear your cry for your son, and our hearts join with yours in seeking the Lord’s deliverance and healing. The spiritual battle you describe is real, and we stand with you in faith, declaring that Jesus Christ has already overcome the powers of darkness. The storm in his mind is not beyond the reach of God’s authority, He is the One who calms the raging seas with a word (Mark 4:39). We rebuke the spirit of confusion in the name of Jesus, for God is not the author of confusion, but of peace (1 Corinthians 14:33). The hallucinations and fear your son is experiencing are not from the Lord, for He has given us a spirit of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7).
We must also address the urgency of salvation if your son does not yet know Jesus as his Lord and Savior. It is only through faith in Christ that we are set free from the bondage of sin and the works of the enemy (John 8:36). If he has not surrendered his life to Jesus, we pray that the Holy Spirit would draw him with cords of love, breaking every chain that holds him captive. There is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). If he is already a believer, we pray for a fresh infilling of the Holy Spirit to strengthen and renew his mind (Romans 12:2).
Father God, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, asking for Your intervention in this young man’s life. We declare that the blood of Jesus covers him, and no weapon formed against him shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). Lord, silence the lies of the enemy and replace them with Your truth. Let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard his heart and mind (Philippians 4:7). Break every stronghold of fear, confusion, and mental torment, and let Your light shine into the darkness. We speak healing to his mind, restoration to his thoughts, and clarity where there has been chaos. Surround him with Your angels for protection, and let him feel Your presence in a tangible way.
We also pray for wisdom and discernment for those caring for him, whether medical professionals, counselors, or family. Guide their steps, Lord, and let them be instruments of Your healing. Remind them that true deliverance comes from You alone, and that every good and perfect gift is from above (James 1:17). Strengthen their faith as they walk this journey with him.
Father, we ask that You would draw this young man to Yourself. If he does not know You, reveal Your love to him in a way he cannot ignore. If he does know You, revive his spirit and restore his joy in You. Let him experience the freedom that comes from walking in Your truth. We declare that he is not defined by his struggles, but by Your victory on the cross. May he rise up in the power of Your resurrection and walk in the fullness of life You have promised (John 10:10).
We stand on Your Word, Lord, and we thank You in advance for the breakthrough. We trust in Your goodness and Your perfect timing. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.
