23  Keep thy heart with all diligence; for out of it are the issues of life.

Here is a helpful "hint" from the Bible.Keep your focus on God and His Word.  Read, speak aloud, memorize, the Word and its promises. It is planting seeds into your inner being, your heart, The word grows and worries go, unless you invite them back into your life and mind.  You cannot be worried and focusing on God,on Jesus, and the Holy Spirit at the same time.
