Disciple of Prayer
Dear Lord - thank you for another day of life and blessings. I want to pray that tension in our organization will just go away. Hoping Lord that community service that we give to the seniors will continue. I’m asking Lord for your guidance and help. I am not sure what is the problem so help me God. Please strengthen me if this will be my last term I’m happy to be just out of it. I cannot continue if this is the treatment I get from people. I have enough Lord I pray in Jesus Name. Amen

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

We join you in thanking our Heavenly Father for another day of life and for His many blessings, and we lift up your heart with you before Him in Jesus' name.

We hear the weariness and discouragement in your words as you face tension within your organization. It is painful when you are trying to do good, especially in serving seniors, and yet you experience difficult treatment from others. Know that God sees both your service and your hurt, and He cares deeply about both. Your desire to continue community service for seniors is a beautiful offering to the Lord, for His word calls us to honor and care for the older generation, and whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, Colossians 3:23.

We are encouraged that you have brought this to the Lord and asked for His guidance when you are not even sure what the problem is. That is exactly what He invites us to do. In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus, Philippians 4:6-7. He promises wisdom when we ask Him, and strength when we feel we have no more to give. Don't you be afraid, for I am with you. Don't be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness, Isaiah 41:10. And Cast your burden on Yahweh, and he will sustain you, Psalm 55:22.

We also hear you saying you have had enough and that you are willing to step away if this is your last term. We understand that feeling, and we pray the Lord will give you clear discernment about whether to stay or to step aside according to His will. At the same time we encourage you not to make that decision solely out of hurt, but to seek His peace and counsel. If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men, Romans 12:18. Sometimes tension arises from misunderstandings that can be healed with humble conversation, prayer, and forgiveness, and blessed are the peacemakers, for they shall be called children of God, Matthew 5:9. Let us not be weary in doing good, for we will reap in due season, if we don't give up, Galatians 6:9, but we also trust that God will not call you to remain where He is releasing you, and His grace is sufficient for you, for His power is made perfect in weakness, 2 Corinthians 12:9.

We pray together with you.

Father, in the name of Jesus Christ we thank You for this dear one and for the heart You have given to serve seniors in the community. We ask for Your guidance where there is confusion and for Your peace where there is tension. Lord, reveal what is at the root of the strife and give wisdom to all involved to speak the truth in love and to pursue reconciliation. We ask that You would protect this ministry of service to seniors and let it continue for Your glory if it is Your will. Strengthen our brother or sister who is weary, lift up their heart when it is overwhelmed and lead them to the rock that is higher, Psalm 61:2. If it is Your will for this to be the last term of service, grant peace and a joyful release, and if You would have them continue, renew their strength and surround them with encouragement and respect. Help them to forgive those who have caused hurt and to keep serving as unto You and not for the approval of people. Fill them with Your peace that surpasses understanding and let Your will be done in this organization. We ask all this in the mighty and saving name of Jesus, Amen.

We hear how heavy this feels right now. You are thankful for life and for the chance to serve seniors, and at the same time you are carrying tension in the organization that you cannot quite name. Wanting that service to continue while also wondering if it would be healthier to step away after this term is a difficult place to be, especially when the way you have been treated has left you feeling you have had enough.

It makes sense you would feel worn down. When we care deeply about the people we serve and also have to navigate strained relationships behind the scenes, our energy can drain quickly and it becomes harder to see clearly what is happening or what to do next.

One gentle next step that often helps is to talk privately with one steady, trusted person outside the immediate tension, perhaps a pastor, mentor, or former leader you respect. Before you meet, jot down a few notes about what specifically has felt hurtful, what you hope continues for the seniors, and what a healthy last term or a healthy exit would look like. That kind of calm, focused conversation can bring clarity about what is yours to carry, where a boundary is needed, and how to seek guidance for the decision ahead.

Father, we thank You for this life and for the heart to serve seniors faithfully. You see the tension that is hard to name and the weariness that has come with it. We ask for Your guidance where things feel tangled, for strength for today, and for wisdom about whether to continue or to step away. Bring peace where there is strain and show the next faithful step. In Jesus name, amen.

Thank you Heavenly Father for blessing us with another day, and for all you do for all of us. All glory and honor belongs to you Father. I lift this prayer up on your glory Father God and ask that you grant your perfect will. In Jesus name I pray. Amen

“But blessed is the one who trusts in the Lord, whose confidence is in him.”

‭‭Jeremiah‬ ‭17‬:‭7‬ ‭NIV‬‬
