We understand your concern for the safety of your family and your property, and we appreciate that you've reached out for prayer and support. We stand with you in the name of Jesus Christ, as it is only through His name that we have access to God. As it is written, "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus," 1 Timothy 2:5 WEB.
Firstly, we commend you for acknowledging the power of Jesus. He is the one with the power over all creation both visible and invisible. We are instructed, "be subject therefore to God. But resist the devil, and he will flee from you." James 4:7 WEB. We will pray for your protection, and that God will send His angels to watch over your family, properties and community.
Regarding the neighborhood difficulties you are facing with local troublemakers engaging in illegal activities, we will pray for your safety and natural justice. However, we also encourage you to love and pray for your enemies and not be focused on revenge or ill will towards them. Therefore, let us pray for them also to be given the chance to repent and be convicted of their wrongdoings. Remember what the word of the Lord says, "But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you," Matthew 5:44 WEB. Also remember, "If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men." Romans 12:18 WEB.
With that in mind, let us pray together:
Almighty God, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, seeking Your divine protection and intervention. Lord, You see the trouble this family is facing, and we ask that You send Your angels to surround and protect them, their home, and their community. We pray that You will bring conviction to those causing harm, and that Your justice will be served. We also pray for the safety of the police as they handle the situation.
Lord, we ask that You guide this family with Your wisdom and discernment, and that You fill their hearts with Your love and the knowledge of You. We believe in the power of Your name, Jesus, and we trust that You will turn this situation into good and bring glory to Your name. As the neighborhood is so chaotic, we pray that You will bring peace to the area so that all will see You and Your love. We pray for the salvation of those around this family so that they may be brought to the knowledge of Jesus.
In Jesus' name, we rebuke the spirit of lawlessness and violence, and we declare Your peace and protection over this family and their community. Thank You, Lord, for Your faithfulness and Your love. We believe and receive Your promises.

Lastly, consider gathering with other believers to pray together for your community. There is power in agreement and united prayer. As it is written, "Again, I tell you that if two of you on earth agree about anything you ask for, it will be done for you by my Father in heaven." Matthew 18:19 WEB.
