Lord, please give me the strength and motivation to work out and disciplined myself to lose weight this year. Help me fight off the extra weight I have gained over the years. Lord give me the confidence to feel beautiful again.

Weight gain is not just the fault of a person. A lot of weight gain is due to manufacturers putting addictive additives and chemicals into our foods.  Sugar is the #1 culprit.  It is more addictive than cocaine.

In the name of Jesus Christ, I pray, that our Dear Lord will see you through your difficult situations, when you are discouraged and full of unspeakable fear.
