Heavenly Father,

We come before you in the name of Jesus, seeking your intervention in the life of ### and their family. Lord, we ask that you pour out your grace and mercy upon their home, touching each and every one of them with your love and guidance. Help them to strive for betterment in all aspects of their lives.
