We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up this burden of troubling dreams and fears of division. First, we must address the foundation of our prayers, it is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father. There is no other name under heaven by which we may be saved (Acts 4:12). If you have not yet surrendered your life to Jesus, we urge you to confess Him as Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, for "if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved" (Romans 10:9). Salvation is the first step to true peace and victory over fear.

Now, regarding these dreams, dreams can stir deep anxiety, but we must remember that the enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10), and fear is one of his most effective tools. The Word tells us, "For God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control" (2 Timothy 1:7). These dreams may be attempts to plant seeds of doubt, division, or control, but we stand on the promise that "no weapon that is formed against you will prevail" (Isaiah 54:17). We rebuke every spirit of fear, control, and discord in the mighty name of Jesus. We declare that your relationships are protected under the blood of Christ, and no slander, gossip, or meddling will separate what God has joined together (Matthew 19:6).

We must also address the mention of a "black woman" in your dream, not with racial prejudice, for God shows no partiality (Acts 10:34-35), but with spiritual discernment. If this dream is rooted in any form of spiritual oppression, manipulation, or ungodly influence, we renounce it in Jesus’ name. The enemy often uses symbols to instill fear, but we are not ignorant of his schemes (2 Corinthians 2:11). We pray for God’s hedge of protection around you and your loved ones, that no weapon formed against you shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17).

We also lift up your relationships, praying that they would be rooted in Christ and built on His truth. If there are any areas where these relationships are not aligned with God’s Word, such as unforgiveness, bitterness, or ungodly influences, we encourage you to examine your heart and seek reconciliation where needed. "Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, outcry, and slander be put away from you, with all malice. And be kind to one another, tender hearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you" (Ephesians 4:31-32).

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, the name above every name. We thank You that You are our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). Lord, we lift up this burden of fear and troubling dreams. We rebuke every spirit of fear, division, and control that seeks to disrupt these relationships. We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment, You will condemn (Isaiah 54:17). Father, we ask for Your hedge of protection around them, that no slander, gossip, or meddling would separate what You have joined together.

Lord, we pray for victory and freedom over these fears. Replace every lie of the enemy with Your truth. Remind them that You have not given them a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control (2 Timothy 1:7). Strengthen their faith to trust in You, knowing that You work all things together for good for those who love You and are called according to Your purpose (Romans 8:28). We pray for unity in their relationships, that they would be bound together in love, walking in forgiveness and grace.

Father, if there are any areas where these relationships are not aligned with Your Word, we ask for Your conviction and guidance. Show them where they need to repent, forgive, or seek reconciliation. Help them to walk in a manner worthy of the calling with which they have been called, with all humility, gentleness, and patience, bearing with one another in love (Ephesians 4:1-2).

We thank You, Lord, that You are faithful to complete the good work You have begun in them (Philippians 1:6). We declare that their future is secure in Your hands, and no dream or scheme of the enemy will prevail against them. In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you to stand firm in faith, knowing that God is greater than any fear or dream. Meditate on His Word, particularly Scriptures that speak of His protection and peace, such as Psalm 91 and Philippians 4:6-7. Surround yourself with godly community who can pray with you and encourage you in the truth. If these dreams persist, consider fasting and seeking prayer from trusted believers who can stand with you in spiritual warfare. Remember, "the one who is in you is greater than the one who is in the world" (1 John 4:4). You are not alone, God is with you, and we stand with you in prayer.

We hear how unsettling it is to wake with the same disturbing dream pattern, over and over, 20 times, and to feel that your relationships and future are under threat. That wearying fear can cling all day. Thank you for bringing this to us so honestly, and for clinging to prayer in the middle of it.

When dreams like these repeat, they often feed on our waking worries, not on truth. They become mental grooves that keep us feeling powerless. But the God who watches over you while you sleep has not given you a spirit of fear. A dream does not shape your future, He does. You’ve already done the most important thing by crying out to Him in Jesus’ mighty name. We’re standing with you in that.

Something that can help break the loop is to pull the dream out of the dark and talk it through with a trusted pastor or a spiritually mature friend. When you speak your fears aloud in a safe place, their hold often shrinks. Ask them to pray with you, not just against the dreams, but for a fresh sense of God’s sturdy presence in your daily life. You mentioned a few individuals you worry about; rather than letting your mind rehearse what they might do, share your concerns with that same friend so you’re not carrying this suspicion alone. Sometimes others can help us see a situation more clearly and release the what-ifs.

We also encourage you, whenever you wake from one of those dreams, to deliberately turn your thoughts toward the love God has for you. Speak a simple truth to yourself right then: “I am held, and my future is secure in Christ.” That small discipline can retrain your mind over time.

Let’s pray now:

Father, thank You that You never slumber and that no enemy, seen or unseen, can snatch us from Your hand. We lift up this sister and ask for Your peace to flood her mind and push out the fear these dreams have planted. Guard her relationships from all slander, division, and meddling. Give her wisdom about who to trust, and wrap her in the calm that passes understanding. In Jesus’ victorious name, Amen.

The dream that disturbs thee with visions of a black woman seizing power, and the recurring fears of losing all thy relations and being cast into a strange place, these are arrows of the enemy, but mark this: the arrow is not the end. It is the Lord’s own way to work deliverance through human instrumentality, yet the deliverance itself is alone of Him. Thou hast cried for freedom from those who would slander, meddle, or sow discord, naming even those thou fearest. Remember, the false tongue is so ingenious that it may touch the most tender part of thy character and cut thee to the quick. Is this also, in some sense, of the Lord? Assuredly it is. If it were not, then it would be a matter for despair. But the clock of mercy struck in Heaven the hour and moment of deliverance long ago, for God hath found a ransom.

Thou art exposed to the fear of shame and slander, but consider David: from the day he fought Goliath to the end of his life, he was the subject of slander, the song of the drunkard, the harlot’s jest. Yet God brought him forth. Be content to bear the slander, for the higher the tower, the longer the shadow. Thy dreams are but shadows, and they have no substance to bind thee unless thou lettest them. Deliverance from the guilt and power of sin is as much the work of God as deliverance from these terrors of the night. None shall push thee apart or bring thee to a place thou wouldst not be, except the Lord see fit to chasten thee sorely, and even then, it is that thou mightest live and declare His works afterward.

Thou prayest that these situations end today. But know that the Lord doth sometimes whisper sweet assurances of coming deliverance to His children in trial, that they shall not be crushed. Thy twenty dreams have not come to pass; they are the troubled visions of one who, like a prisoner, feels chained in the dark and solitary. Yet the King’s own Son hath borne the penalty, and the deliverance is certain, already accomplished in the eternal purpose. Cross the brook Jabbok of thy fear, and thou mayest find, as Jacob did, that the Esau thou dreadest falleth on thy neck with kisses. The Lord can turn the hearts of , , and , or make their counsels of none effect, without a word from thee.

Cease from the meddling of thine own anxious thoughts. Thou art not brought forth by thine own hand; it is He that bringeth thee forth, alone, effectually, and with enrichment even in the trial. If thou art His, thou hast a deliverance from the archers of ecclesiastical and domestic discord. The peace is His gift. Look to thy heavenly Father altogether and alone for sanctification and keeping. The arrow of the Lord’s deliverance hath already been shot; the ransom is found. Therefore, thy conduct now is not to dread the dream, but to declare the works of the Lord. He hath chastened thee sorely, perhaps, but He hath not given thee over unto death. Live, then, and speak of His faithfulness, not of the shadowy fears that vanish when the Sun of Righteousness ariseth. Victory and freedom are in Jesus’ name, not in the avoidance of every trial, but in the sure deliverance He works for His own.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

You are troubled by dreams and by fear of what others might do. But why do you rush into conflict before you are summoned? The Lord taught us to deprecate conflicts, not to chase after them. When you have these dreams, do not let your heart be seized as if the battle has already begun. Wait upon God, and keep quiet; if you are dragged into a trial, then stand nobly. To arm yourself now with such dread is to grant these visions a power they do not possess. The devil loves to see you in turmoil over shadows.

And what is the substance of this fear? That someone will meddle in your relations, that loose tongues will bring discord. But tell me: who are you to demand that no one speak a word? Those who meddle in the affairs of others show their own impudence. Let them be busybodies; that is their shame. But you, attend to your own soul. For if your house is built upon the rock, what does a little wind matter? Yet if you spend your days scanning the horizon for enemies, you neglect the foundation, and then even a breeze will seem a hurricane.

You say, “Do not let me end up where I would not want to be.” And where is that? Is it any place other than where God wills? The servant of Christ, when insulted and dragged about, does not look at the place but at the Master who allows it. Does a servant fear a new lodging, if his lord commands it? Learn from them: they endure blows and hard words from us, often unjustly, and they do not resist, because they fear their master. So you, fear God. When slander strikes, say to your soul, “It is God who bids me be silent; it is He who permits this. Shall I be more restive than a household servant?” This very thought will be a bridle to your tongue and a balm to your heart.

You name names and plead that no one come between you and your loved ones. But whom do you love? If you love them in Christ, no power can tear you apart, for the bond is not of flesh but of the Spirit. But if the love is only human, it is already a fragile thing, and clinging to it with such desperation reveals that your soul is too much in need. The more you need these relations to feel secure, the more you sink into a perishable life. True freedom is to want little, to hold every human tie loosely enough that you can say, “The Lord gave, and the Lord has taken away.” When you dread loss above all, you have already lost your peace.

And think of the hatred seething in you against those you suspect. “Do not let them do a thing,” you pray. But hear the apostle: “Hate not the man that does you wrong, who is procuring you such good things.” If they indeed plot against you, they are giving you an occasion for patience, for a crown. If they are innocent, your suspicion wrongs them and wounds your own soul. In either case, curse them not. Ananias feared Paul, the great persecutor, saying, “Lord, he has authority to bind all who call on Your name.” Yet the Lord answered, “He is a chosen vessel to Me.” How do you know that the very people you fear are not instruments in God’s hand for your good? Or if they are wicked, remember that even on the cross, Christ prayed, “Father, forgive them.” Will you, who have not yet shed a drop of blood, refuse to forgive a few words?

You speak of dreams, more than twenty of them. Do you not know that to dwell on omens and night visions is to sit at the table of demons? You cannot drink the cup of the Lord and the cup of demons. What fellowship has light with darkness? Cast away this superstitious fear, for it pollutes the mind. The fear of God alone is clean; when it is absent, the soul is dead and more miserable than any corpse. Focus your eyes not on the shifting shadows of sleep, but on the crucified Lord, who burst the prison of death and opened heaven. There is your true security: not in controlling the actions of others, not in arranging your life to avoid all discomfort, but in committing yourself to Him who judges justly.

Cease, then, from meddling in God’s providence by trying to silence every tongue and block every path you dread. Instead, ask for a spirit of meekness that can bear insults, and a heart so fixed on the kingdom that no earthly loss can overthrow it. The way to victory is not to demand that these situations be ended today, but to surrender your will entirely. Pray thus: “Lord, let not my will but Yours be done. If it is Your will that I suffer slander, give me grace to bless. If I must walk through a strange place, go with me. Only let me not fall from Your love.” Then, whether you are honored or despised, surrounded or alone, you will stand firm, and the schemes of the enemy will crumble into nothing.

Your fear is very real to you right now, and I can sense the torment those twenty-plus dreams have brought. When you wake up repeatedly seeing your relationships stripped away, it is no small thing. But let me speak plainly: a dream, no matter how vivid or repeated, does not determine what God has ordained for you. The enemy wants you to live in the dread of a future that has not happened, because when you are fixated on that fear, you are not resting in the God who holds your tomorrow.

There is no place you can end up that lies beyond His reach. Trying to run from His presence never works, you cannot hide from Him in some far-off Tarshish of the mind. No person, no scheme of slander, and no meddling influence can carry you somewhere God has not already gone ahead of you. When your heart waits on Him, your salvation comes from Him alone. He is your defense. The mouths that shoot their arrows in secret are silenced by Him, not by your anxious efforts. The power you need over these disruptive forces is not something you manufacture by sheer will; it flows from the Spirit’s work within you.

Be careful not to start meddling with the situation in your own strength. Sometimes after a spiritual battle, we feel a surge of confidence and we start looking for a fight we were never meant to engage. A king once won a great victory and then, feeling tough, picked a quarrel that only brought him hurt. You have cried out for victory and freedom. That victory is already yours in Christ before you even see it with your eyes. You can sing the song of triumph while the army is still on the horizon, because His banner over you is love, and that love is deeper than any discord anyone can sow.

The deep, rich love of Christ binds you to Him so tightly that nothing can separate you from it. Not gossip, not someone else’s desire for control, not a dream of loss. When you are in the banqueting house with the King, seated beside Him, your future is secure. The enemy’s cruel message of rebellion and chaos is a lie. A dry morsel with peace is far better than a house full of feasting with contention. Do not let the dread of contention rob you of the peace that is yours right now.

Turn your gaze back to your first love for Jesus. Remember the thrill of simply being with Him, the excitement of that relationship. That is where your victory lies, not in obsessing over the names or the imagined disasters. The blood of Jesus Christ cleanses from all sin and breaks the power of darkness. The blinding influence that holds people captive cannot stand against that. So pray for those you named, but then leave them in God’s hands. He has already passed over before you. He can give victory to just a few who trust Him, and your part is to walk in the Spirit, mortifying the deeds of the flesh, the fear, the jealousy, the desperate need to control what others might do.

You have asked for freedom and victory. Accept it now. Do not look around for a new battle to prove your strength. Rest in the finished work of Christ, knowing that your life is hidden with Him, and no dream can pull you out of His hand.

We want to thank you for the privilege of standing with you in prayer over these troubling dreams and the spiritual concerns weighing on your heart. It has been our honor to lift you, your relationships, and your peace before the Lord, asking Him to break every assignment of the enemy and shield you from any influence that seeks to divide or harm what God has joined together.

If the Lord has already moved in a powerful way—if you’ve experienced His protection, clarity, or a lifting of that oppression—we would be so encouraged to hear your praise report. There is nothing more strengthening to the body of Christ than witnessing God’s faithfulness in answer to prayer.

If, however, the burden still feels heavy or the dreams persist, please know we are still here to stand with you. We invite you to post this request again so we can continue interceding on your behalf, trusting that our Heavenly Father hears and will act according to His perfect will. The enemy has no authority where Christ’s victory reigns, and we declare that truth over your life and your relationships.

May the Lord surround you with His peace, fill you with His assurance, and guide you into the freedom He has already secured for you through His Son. We pray this in the mighty, victorious, and glorious name of Jesus. Amen.
