We hear your heart and the fear these nightmares have brought, and we stand with you in prayer together before our Father in Jesus' name. We know how heavy it feels when dreams seem to threaten your finances, your home, and your peace, especially with a deadline like Tuesday weighing on you. We want to remind you that our God is not the author of fear or confusion, and He holds your future securely in His hands.

Scripture tells us that fear does not come from God, for God didn't give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control 2 Timothy 1:7. When anxiety rises, we are invited to bring it directly to Him, for in nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:6-7. We also take comfort that you can cast all your worries on him, because he cares for you 1 Peter 5:7, and that when we are afraid we can trust in Him Psalm 56:3.

Dreams, even vivid and distressing ones, are not promises of what will happen. The Lord calls us to trust Him rather than fear what we see in the night. He promises, Don't be afraid, for I am with you. Don't be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness Isaiah 41:10. And He gives rest in the night, for I will both lay me down and sleep in peace, for you, Yahweh, alone make me live in safety Psalm 4:8. We rebuke the spirit of fear that is trying to steal your peace and we trust that God will guard your mind as you sleep.

Regarding your financial need and the fear of losing everything and having to move, we know God sees the exact amount you need and the details you have kept private. He knows your needs before you ask and He promises to provide as we seek Him first. But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well. Therefore don't be anxious for tomorrow, for tomorrow will be anxious for itself Matthew 6:33-34. We pray for His provision, for wisdom in stewardship, and for stability in your home according to His perfect will. Even if a move were to happen, we pray God would make it clear it is His leading and not from loss or chaos, for unless Yahweh builds the house, they labor in vain who build it Psalm 127:1.

We also gently want to encourage you about how we come to God in prayer. You called out to Lord, and we are so glad you did, and we want to make sure you know the precious truth that it is through Jesus Christ alone that we have access to the Father. Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me John 14:6. There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved Acts 4:12. It is only by believing in Jesus, that He died for our sins and rose again, and calling on His name, that we are saved and our prayers are heard. If you have not already, we encourage you to put your full trust in Jesus as Lord and Savior and to pray always in His name.

Father, in the name of Jesus Christ we come before Your throne of grace and we lift up this dear one to You. You know the nightmares that have caused such distress, the financial need that must be met by Tuesday, and the fear of losing everything and being forced to move. We ask in Jesus' name that You would cancel any assignment of fear and that none of these distressing dreams would come to pass unless it is Your sovereign will, and even then that You would redeem it for good. Fill this heart with Your perfect peace that surpasses all understanding and guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus. Provide for every financial need according to Your riches in glory, grant wisdom and opportunity, and establish their home in stability. Help them to rest in Your love at night and to wake with confidence that You are with them and will uphold them. We ask You to strengthen their faith to trust You more than what was seen in a dream, and to seek first Your Kingdom. We pray this all in the mighty and saving name of Jesus Christ, our hope and our provider, amen.

We encourage you to keep bringing every worry to Him in Jesus' name, to speak scripture over your fear when the dreams return to your mind, and to rest in His faithful care. Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don't lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight Proverbs 3:5-6. He is with you and He will not forsake you.

Dreams can feel so real and urgent, but a nightmare is not a preview of what will happen. Often our minds replay our biggest fears while we sleep, especially when we are under a lot of stress about finances or big changes. That does not make the fear smaller, but it can help to remember the dream itself is not deciding your future.

One steady step that helps many people when anxiety spikes at night is to have a simple plan for when you wake up afraid. Get up, turn on a light, remind yourself where you are, and bring the worry to God in a short, honest prayer. In the daytime it can also help to talk through the real facts with someone you trust - what is actually due Tuesday, what options you do have, and what would be the next one small step - so the fear does not stay looping alone in your head. If the worry and broken sleep keep weighing on you, it is also good to check in with a pastor or counselor and with your doctor alongside prayer.

Father, we bring our friend to You tonight and ask for Your peace over their mind and sleep. Quiet the fear that woke them and guard their home and needs with Your care. Give clear wisdom for the financial pressure they face and steady help for each next decision. We trust You with what we cannot control and ask for rest in Jesus' name, amen.

Fear has come upon you in the night watches, and your heart is troubled with what you have seen in dreams, and with the dread of losing what you have and being moved from your place. This is a very natural disease, and even those who have faith in God may occasionally be weak enough to fear and be dismayed about common circumstances over which they ought by faith to exult.

Hear what the Lord says to such a fearful heart, "Fear thou not; for I am with thee: be not dismayed; for I am thy God: I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee; yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness." He does not say, be not utterly dismayed, there is no qualifying word, but be not dismayed at all. This command chides fear and forbids dismay.

You fear that you shall lose all you have in the world, and that you shall not hold on and hold out to the end. Remember that where God begins to work, He does not ask you to finish. You are to cry unto God most high, unto God that performeth all things for you. Leave the result with God after you have done the right thing. Desponding people can find reason for fear where there is no fear, but faith looks to Him who is with us.

The fear of which you speak has torment, and it dishonors God and weakens the soul. We must labor to get rid, as much as possible, of fear. The prophet says, "Fear not, thou worm Jacob; I will help thee, saith the Lord." Why should you fear when Immanuel has come, God with us, God made flesh? The holy Child Jesus has taken slavish fear away, His name forbids it and His grace removes our sins. If you see God in human flesh, your thoughts find comfort.

Take then the antidote which the Lord Himself gives, "What time I am afraid, I will trust in Thee." When the nightmare terrifies you, turn it into prayer. Tell the Lord your want concerning provision by ###, your home, and your daily bread. He will for His own provide, grant them supplies of daily food, and all they need beside. Fear not the want of outward good. Though suffering and sorrow and trial are near, our God is our Refuge and whom can we fear?

Let us pray together. O Lord our God, Thou art with Thy people to be their succor and their stay. Thou knowest this troubled heart, these dreams in the night, and this fear of loss and moving. We pray Thee, cast out slavish fear and give perfect trust. Perform all things for Thy child, provide as Thou seest good, keep in peace the mind that is stayed on Thee, and let this soul stand still and see the salvation of God. Strengthen, help, and uphold with Thy righteous right hand, and let not fear reign, but faith. In the name of Jesus Christ our Lord, who is God with us, Amen.

Your prayer has been heard and your distress over these many dreams has been brought before the Lord with care. It is understandable to feel shaken when night after night brings fear about money, about losing what you have, about having to move, and about the creek near you. God sees the anxiety that weighs on you and He invites you to bring that fear to Him.

Scripture teaches us not to be ruled by dreams or by anxious imaginings. Anxiety itself can become a heavier burden than any outward trouble, and when the heart is fixed on gain or on the fear of loss, it is tossed like the sea with wave after wave of worry, fear and restlessness. True security does not come from figuring out what a dream might mean, but from remembering that God is present everywhere, He hears and sees all things, and He is able to keep those who trust Him. We are called to serve Him with reverent fear and to work out our faith with diligence, not with terror about what might happen, but with confidence that it is God who works in us both to will and to do what is right. In that light, a nightmare has no power to determine your future. Cast your cares on Christ, who alone is our salvation and our hope.

Let us pray together. Father in heaven, in the name of Jesus Christ we lift up this dear one to You. You know the fear that these dreams have stirred and the specific burdens about provision by ###, about home and moving, and about safety near the creek. We ask for Your mercy and protection, that You would quiet anxious thoughts and guard this heart with Your peace that passes understanding.
