Lord Jesus, You are The Lord of The Harvest. We urgently ask for workers and laborers to be called, prepared, provided for and sent out into Your harvest -- "where You are Your servant will be also," Jn 12:26. Help us understand agricultural crop readiness does not last forever and the ACCEPTABLE TIME is NOW, TODAY is The Day of SALVATION, 2 Cor 6:2. Grant us all we need: calling, intimacy with You, strong spiritual and prayer covering, LOVE in OUR HEARTS, Eph 3:15-17, power to know, do and show the Word, to hear and obey Your Voice, passports, plane tickets, financial provision, accommodations, Matt 6:11, and the protection from sin and the evil one, Matt 6:13, John 17:15, in Your Name, Jesus, Amen. "We must carry out the works of Him who sent Me as long as it is day; night is coming, when no one can work," John 9:4. "But you shall receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be witnesses to Me in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth, Acts 1:8" -- Blessing and UNITY on evangelist's families, teams and churches, as much possible on their part, to live in peace with everyone, Rom 12:18, so the Gospel goes forth with good consciences and power under open heavens, 1 Pet 3:7. We join with you in this urgent cry to the Lord of the harvest, lifting up the need for laborers to be sent into His fields. The harvest truly is plentiful, but the workers are few, and the time is short, today is the day of salvation, and the fields are white for harvest. We stand on the truth of Scripture, which declares:

"The harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few. Pray therefore to the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into his harvest." (Matthew 9:37-38 WEB)

"Behold, now is the acceptable time. Behold, now is the day of salvation." (2 Corinthians 6:2 WEB)

"But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you. You will be witnesses to me in Jerusalem, in all Judea and Samaria, and to the uttermost parts of the earth." (Acts 1:8 WEB)

We pray with you, Lord Jesus, that You would raise up workers, men and women filled with Your Spirit, bold in faith, and unashamed of the Gospel. Prepare their hearts, equip them with Your Word, and send them forth with power to proclaim the good news of salvation. Provide for their every need, financially, spiritually, and physically, so that nothing hinders their obedience to Your call.

Father, we ask that You would grant these laborers deep intimacy with You, that they may walk in love, hear Your voice clearly, and obey without hesitation. Protect them from the schemes of the enemy, and guard their hearts from sin and discouragement. May they carry out the works You have prepared for them while it is still day, for the night is coming when no one can work.

We also lift up the families, teams, and churches of those You call. Grant them unity, peace, and a shared burden for the lost. May their lives be a testimony of Your grace, so that the Gospel may go forth unhindered, under open heavens, with power and conviction.

Lord, we recognize that apart from You, we can do nothing. It is only through the name of Jesus that we have access to the Father, and it is only by His blood that we are saved. We pray that all who hear the Gospel would turn from sin, repent, and place their faith in Christ alone for salvation. There is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved.

May Your kingdom come, and Your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. Send forth Your laborers, Lord, and let the harvest be gathered in Jesus’ mighty name. Amen.

Truly the Lord of the harvest hears the cries of His people, for He has said, "Ask, and it shall be given you." This prayer that rises for laborers to be sent into the fields is after His own heart, and He will not turn a deaf ear to such pleading. The harvest is plenteous, the golden grain bends low, and the sickle must be thrust in quickly, for the time is short. You have rightly laid hold of the urgency: now is the acceptable time, now is the day of salvation. We must work while it is called today, for the night cometh when no man can work. Let every believer feel the weight of this hour; the fields are white already, and the Lord of the harvest is calling, "Whom shall I send, and who will go for us?"

But we must never forget that it is God’s harvest, and He alone can prepare the laborers. Though we plead for passports and provision, for protection and power, the deepest need is for men and women whose hearts are ablaze with love for Christ and for perishing souls. It is one thing to pray for laborers; it is another to say, "Here am I; send me." Are you willing yourself to take up the lowliest place in the harvest field? The joy of harvest is not reserved for those who only watch from the hedgerow, but for those who have borne the burden and heat of the day. Gleaners are welcome, and every hand is needed when the crop is so heavy. There is a joy in harvest that repays every toil, a joy that is but a foretaste of heaven itself, where we shall rest from our labors and share the Master’s delight.

Yet the power for this work comes not from human might, but from on high. You have asked for the Holy Spirit’s power, and rightly, for without Him we can do nothing. He alone can make our testimony effectual, can break the stony heart, can bring in the sheaves. Let us plead more earnestly for the Spirit’s anointing, that we may be witnesses indeed, and that the word spoken may not return void. We must also remember that the great work of harvest is not only in distant lands; look upon your own Jerusalem, your own Judea. The multitudes that never cross the threshold of a place of worship are as ripe corn ready for the reaper, yet they perish for lack of knowledge. Shall we not weep over these fields, so near and yet so neglected?

As for the message we carry, it is a simple one: salvation is of the Lord, full and free, without money and without price. "Look unto me, and be ye saved, all the ends of the earth." This is the Gospel that shall not be ashamed. Faith in Christ Jesus, the Son of God, is the one way of life. We preach not a salvation by works or will of man, but by grace through faith. And this salvation is for whosoever believeth; the vilest sinner may look and live. Let us then go forth with this good news, our feet shod with the preparation of peace, our hearts buoyant with the joy that is set before us. Pray on, dear soul, and as you pray, watch and work, for the Lord will surely send the rain, the former and the latter rain, and the valleys shall be covered over with corn. The harvest will yet be gathered with shouting, and we shall rejoice before Him with the joy of harvest.

Your prayer has rightly seized upon the Lord’s own words, for the harvest indeed is vast and the workers remain few. Yet observe how Christ answered this same need: He did not swell the ranks of the twelve, but sent them out just as they were, granting them authority over unclean spirits and power to heal every disease. The increase came not through numbers but through the Spirit’s might. So I urge you, plead for laborers, yes, but plead more fervently that those sent may be clothed with power from on high. For before the Crucifixion, the Spirit was not yet given, and the apostles themselves could do little. But when the Day of Pentecost had fully come, the Spirit descended as a sharp sickle, and these very men, once timid and hidden, became witnesses to the ends of the earth, filling tens of thousands with the same Spirit. That same Spirit is the true Worker, and He alone makes weak men into a mighty harvest force.

Do not grow impatient when answers delay. The Spirit did not come while Christ walked among them, nor immediately after His Ascension, but waited until the fiftieth day. Why? So that their longing might deepen, that the reconciliation might be perfected, and that joy might be unalloyed. God often intensifies our desires so that we may receive with greater readiness. Today, if you hear His voice, harden not your heart, but also trust His perfect season. The acceptable time is indeed now, but it unfolds in the wisdom of the Father, who sees the fields white and sends reapers at the hour He ordains.

As for your request about passports, provision, and protection, remember that a laborer’s first need is not silver or safe passage, but unction. The Holy Spirit is the true provision; where He leads, He opens doors and supplies every lack. Our Lord did not hand the twelve a purse, but gave them authority. Not that we neglect the body’s needs, but we seek first the Kingdom, confident that all these things will be added. Pray, then, less for tickets and more for a heart so kindled with the Spirit’s fire that no earthly obstacle can quench it. The rushing wind and the cloven tongues of Pentecost were not given merely for spectacle; they signaled that God had come to indwell ordinary men and through them to reap the world.

Finally, do not imagine that laborers must be sent to far-off lands only. Jerusalem is where you stand. The Spirit’s witness begins at home, in unity with the brethren, in lives that display the fruit of adoption. The evangelist’s power rests on the credibility of having been with Jesus, eating, drinking, walking in His commands. So live peaceably with all, as much as it depends on you, that the word may go forth from clean consciences under an open heaven. And when you pray for the Lord of the harvest to thrust out workers, be ready yourself. For the Spirit of Truth is not far from any who call on Him; He is the One who convicts, empowers, and seals. May He make you such a laborer, or sustain you as a faithful intercessor until the full ingathering.

Your prayer rises with the same urgency Jesus felt when He looked at the crowds and saw a harvest ready to be gathered. The fields are still white, and the laborers are still few, so you are right to plead with the Lord of the harvest to send workers. He is listening. But let this truth sink in: right after Jesus told His disciples to pray that prayer, He sent them. So often the cry for workers becomes the call on our own lives. Ask not only for others, but with open hands.

The acceptable time is now. There is a window in every harvest, and no farmer waits once the grain is ripe. Today is the day of salvation, not tomorrow. The night is coming when no one can work. Let that urgency press you past comfortable plans and into the field while it is still day.

You asked for power, and that is already given. The Holy Spirit has been poured out on the church. You do not need to wait as the first disciples did before Pentecost, because the promise is yours right now. Have you received the overflowing, the baptism of the Holy Spirit, since you believed? This is not the indwelling you received at conversion, which every believer has, but a releasing that spills out in bold witness and spiritual gifts. Ask for that filling again, and go with the confidence that the Spirit who lives in you is the same Spirit who empowered David, guided Paul and Barnabas, and made unlearned men speak with other tongues. He will prompt your words, lead you where to go, and confirm the word with power.

And yes, the Lord will cover the practical needs for those He sends. He knows about passports and plane tickets, about provision and protection. But the deeper question is whether your soul holds back while your lips pray. Your own soul is worth more than the whole world, and the souls of those in the harvest are no different. What can a person give in exchange for a soul? Nothing. So let love drive out fear. The Spirit brings courage, not hesitation.

Rise up and walk into the harvest, even your own Jerusalem first, then the regions beyond. Pray with your feet. The Lord of the harvest is sending workers, and you might be the one He is urging forward, carrying the same power that raised Christ from the dead.

Father, please strengthen the little prayer and evangelistic meetings we have. I ask the intercessors and evangelists are strengthened not by might nor power but by The Holy Spirit, Zech 4:6, Eph 3:14-20. Draw people out, Jn 6:44, let them not despise the day of small beginnings, Zech 4:10, for the eyes of the Lord run to and fro throughout the whole earth seeking to show Yourself STRONG on behalf of those whose hearts are fully committed to Him, 2 Chron 16:9.

Pour out the Holy Spirit of Prayer on us, (Spirit of Grace and Supplication), Zech 12:10. Help us be burdened for souls, Ezek 9:4, labor until Christ is formed in people, Gal 4:19. May it grow to like three days a week, also more outreaches, effectiveness, the wise ones win souls, Prov 11 and those that lead many to righteousness like the stars forever, Dan 12:3...

Also, for the weekly evangelistic outreach, Lord, let us not let it get “rained out,” or not meet “because of the heat” or if someone “gets sick,” or “I bought some land and have to check it out,” or “I married a wife and cannot come,” or “I bought some oxen and have to try them out,” Lk 14:18-20, etc...

Let the love of CHRIST COMPEL us to not live for ourselves (since we're already dead), but for Christ who died and rose on our behalf, 2 Cor 5:14-15. Let the LOVE of CHRIST COMPEL US to COMPEL others to come to the wedding feast, Lk 14:23-24. Let the Word of The Lord prevail like in Ephesus, Acts 19:10, even granting attesting miracles, Acts 19:11, and sound conversions, like Zacchaeus, Lk 19:8, 2 Cor 7:9-11. Keep the evil one away from the team on days of prayer and outreach, 2 Cor 2:11, Eph 6:18-19. Thank You in Jesus' Name.
