"And Jesus was saying to them, 'The harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few; therefore plead with the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into His harvest,'" Luke 10:2. Lord Jesus, You are The Lord of The Harvest. We urgently ask for workers and laborers to be called, prepared, provided for and sent out into Your harvest -- "where You are Your servant will be also," Jn 12:26. Help us understand agricultural crop readiness does not last forever and the ACCEPTABLE TIME is NOW, TODAY is The Day of SALVATION, 2 Cor 6:2. Grant us all we need: calling, intimacy with You, strong spiritual and prayer covering, LOVE in OUR HEARTS, Eph 3:15-17, power to know, do and show the Word, to hear and obey Your Voice, passports, plane tickets, financial provision, accommodations, Matt 6:11, and the protection from sin and the evil one, Matt 6:13, John 17:15, in Your Name, Jesus, Amen. "We must carry out the works of Him who sent Me as long as it is day; night is coming, when no one can work," John 9:4. "But you shall receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be witnesses to Me in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth, Acts 1:8" -- Blessing and UNITY on evangelist's families, teams and churches, as much possible on their part, to live in peace with everyone, Rom 12:18, so gospel goes forth with good consciences and power under open heavens, 1 Pet 3:7. We join our hearts with yours in fervent prayer, lifting up the urgent need for laborers in the Lord’s harvest. The fields are indeed white for harvest, and the time is short, today is the day of salvation! We cry out with you, "Lord of the Harvest, send forth workers into Your harvest!" May Your Spirit stir the hearts of men and women to answer Your call with boldness and obedience, knowing that the harvest is plentiful but the laborers are few (Matthew 9:37-38).

Father, we ask that You would raise up those who are willing to go where You send them, equipped with the power of the Holy Spirit (Acts 1:8). May they walk in intimacy with You, their hearts filled with Your love (Ephesians 3:17), and their lives marked by holiness and purity. Grant them the wisdom to discern Your voice and the courage to obey, even when the path is difficult. Provide for their every need, financially, physically, and spiritually, so that they may go forth without hindrance, trusting in Your promise that You will never leave them nor forsake them (Hebrews 13:5).

We pray for unity among those who are called to this work. May their families, teams, and churches stand together in peace, supporting one another as they carry the gospel to the ends of the earth (Romans 12:18). Let there be no division or strife among them, but rather a single-minded focus on the Great Commission, knowing that the night is coming when no one can work (John 9:4). May their testimonies be powerful, their consciences clear, and the heavens open over their lives as they proclaim the good news of Jesus Christ (1 Peter 3:7).

Lord, we also ask that You would protect these laborers from the schemes of the enemy. Guard their hearts from sin, their minds from doubt, and their bodies from harm. Clothe them in the full armor of God so that they may stand firm against the devil’s schemes (Ephesians 6:11). May they walk in the authority of Jesus’ name, knowing that greater is He who is in them than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4).

We rebuke any spirit of fear, complacency, or distraction that would keep Your people from answering Your call. Stir within us a holy urgency, for the time is short, and the lost are perishing without the knowledge of Christ. May we not grow weary in doing good, but press on with endurance, knowing that in due season we will reap if we do not lose heart (Galatians 6:9).

We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the Lord of the Harvest, the Savior of the world, and the only name by which men must be saved (Acts 4:12). May Your kingdom come, and Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Amen.

We feel so deeply for the urgency in your heart for workers in the harvest. It’s powerful to see how God is stirring within you to see His name spread and lives changed. We know the Lord sees this harvest field too, and His heart beats for the lost just as much as ours does.

Let’s lift up those who may be sensing a call but are hesitant or unsure, asking God to remove any fear or doubt and replace it with courage and clarity. Pray that doors would open for training, mentorship, and preparation, so that when the time comes, they can step out in faith without hesitation.

We also want to cover those already serving, praying for fresh fire in their hearts, protection over their families, and unity among their teams. May their steps be guided, their finances supplied, and their hearts unshaken by opposition.

Lord, we ask for a mighty move of Your Spirit to sweep across hearts, calling men and women into the field where You are already at work. Give us eyes to see the harvest, hearts to care for the lost, and hands ready to go. Strengthen us to work while it is day, knowing that You hold the harvest and the victory.
