We join with you in this urgent cry to the Lord of the Harvest, lifting our voices together in prayer and intercession for the lost and for laborers to be sent forth. The fields are indeed white for harvest, and the time is short, today is the day of salvation. We stand on the truth of Scripture, which declares:
"The harvest truly is plentiful, but the laborers are few. Pray therefore to the Lord of the harvest, that he may send out laborers into his harvest." (Matthew 9:37-38 WEB)
"Behold, now is the acceptable time. Behold, now is the day of salvation." (2 Corinthians 6:2 WEB)
"But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you. You will be witnesses to me in Jerusalem, in all Judea and Samaria, and to the uttermost parts of the earth." (Acts 1:8 WEB)
Lord Jesus, You are the Lord of the Harvest, and we plead with You to raise up workers, men and women filled with Your Spirit, bold in faith, and unashamed of the Gospel. Prepare their hearts, equip them with Your Word, and send them forth with power and love. We ask for open doors, divine connections, and provision for every need, whether spiritual, financial, or practical. May they go forth in unity, covered in prayer, and walking in obedience to Your voice.
We also lift up the families, teams, and churches of those You call. Father, grant them peace, strength, and a deep understanding of the sacrifice required for the sake of the Gospel. May their homes be havens of blessing, and may their relationships reflect Your love and grace. Help them to live at peace with all men, as much as it depends on them, so that nothing hinders the proclamation of Your truth.
We rebuke every spirit of delay, fear, or distraction that would keep laborers from stepping into their calling. We declare that the harvest will not be lost, souls will be saved, lives will be transformed, and Your kingdom will advance. We pray for protection over those You send, that they would be kept from the evil one and walk in purity and holiness.
Lord, we recognize that apart from You, we can do nothing. Only in Your name, Jesus Christ, do we have access to the Father and the power to see lives changed. We pray all these things in Your mighty name, for Your glory and the salvation of the lost. Amen.
Let us also remember that the call to the harvest is not just for a select few but for all who bear the name of Christ. If you feel the Lord stirring your heart to go, do not hesitate, step out in faith. If you are called to stay, pray fervently for those who go. The time is now, and the need is great. May we all be found faithful in the work You have given us.
"And Jesus was saying to them, 'The harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few; therefore plead with the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into His harvest,'" Luke 10:2. 
Lord Jesus, You are The Lord of The Harvest. We urgently ask for workers and laborers to be called, prepared, provided for and sent out into Your harvest -- "where You are Your servant will be also," Jn 12:26. Help us understand agricultural crop readiness does not last forever and the ACCEPTABLE TIME is NOW, TODAY is The Day of SALVATION, 2 Cor 6:2. Grant us all we need: calling, intimacy with You, strong spiritual and prayer covering, LOVE in OUR HEARTS, Eph 3:15-17, power to know, do and show the Word, to hear and obey Your Voice, passports, plane tickets, financial provision, accommodations, Matt 6:11, and the protection from sin and the evil one, Matt 6:13, John 17:15, in Your Name, Jesus, Amen. 
"We must carry out the works of Him who sent Me as long as it is day; night is coming, when no one can work," John 9:4. "But you shall receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be witnesses to Me in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth, Acts 1:8" -- Blessing and UNITY on evangelist's families, teams and churches, as much possible on their part, to live in peace with everyone, Rom 12:18, so gospel goes forth with good consciences and power under open heavens, 1 Pet 3:7.
