LORD of THE HARVEST, Send Workers, Matt 9:37-38, w/ Holy Spirit Wisdom, Power, and Love, Acts 1:8, To Seek & Save The Lost , Lk 19:10, as Jesus Christ Came into The World to Save Sinners 1 Tim 1:15-16, with the attitude that we are chief of sinners, friends of sinners for purpose of love and to imitate Jesus, Luke 5:31, Jesus answered, “It is not the healthy who need a doctor, but the sick." Luke 5:32, "For I have not come to call the righteous, but sinners, to repentance."

Lord You will that "None Perish but all come to repentance," 2 Pet 3:9, We pray for all people, and for All to Be Saved and come to the knowledge of the TRUTH, 1 Tim 2:1-4, John 14:6... Come to God through THE ONLY WAY to The Father, John 14:6, The ONE MEDIATOR between GOD and HUMANITY, 1 Tim 2:5, The ONLY NAME GIVEN by which WE MUST BE SAVED, Acts 4:12...

"And Jesus was saying to them, 'The harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few; therefore plead with the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into His harvest,'" Luke 10:2. Lord Jesus, You are The Lord of The Harvest. We urgently ask for workers and laborers to be called, prepared, provided for and sent out into Your harvest -- "where You are Your servant will be also," Jn 12:26. Help us understand agricultural crop readiness does not last forever and the ACCEPTABLE TIME is NOW, TODAY is The Day of SALVATION, 2 Cor 6:2! Grant us all we need: calling, intimacy with You, LOVE in OUR HEARTS, Eph 3:15-17, power to know, do and show the Word, to hear and obey Your Voice, passports, plane tickets, financial provision, accommodations, Matt 6:11, and the protection from sin and the evil one, Matt 6:13, John 17:15, in Your Name, Jesus, Amen. "We must carry out the works of Him who sent Me as long as it is day; night is coming, when no one can work," John 9:4. "But you shall receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be witnesses to Me in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth, Acts 1:8" -- Blessing and UNITY on evangelist's families and teams so gospel goes forth with good consciences and power under open heavens, 1 Pet 3:7. Thank You in Jesus' Name, protection from evil people, 2 Tim 3:5, temptation, Lk 11:4, 1 Cor 10:13, sin, 1 Cor 8:1, wrongdoing, fear and lies, Zeph 3:13, temptation, evil and its source in the evil one, Matt 6:13, Jn 17:15, 1 Jn 5:18-19, Amen, 2 Cor 1:20, Ps 91:11-12, Greater is HE in us than he in world," Jn 4:4... We join with you wholeheartedly in this urgent cry to the Lord of the harvest and we say amen to this burden for the lost.

We agree that the harvest indeed is plentiful, but the laborers are few, therefore we pray that the Lord of the harvest will send out laborers into his harvest, Matt 9:37-38, and as Jesus said, The harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few. Therefore pray to the Lord of the harvest, that he may send out laborers into his harvest, Luke 10:2. We see the urgency you have rightly discerned, that we must work the works of him who sent me, while it is day. The night is coming, when no one can work, John 9:4, and that now is the acceptable time, behold, now is the day of salvation, 2 Cor 6:2. The crop does not wait forever and the Lord does not will that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance, 2 Pet 3:9.

We are encouraged by your heart to go with the wisdom, power and love of the Holy Spirit, for you shall receive power, when the Holy Spirit has come upon you. You will be witnesses to me in Jerusalem, in all Judea and Samaria, and to the uttermost parts of the earth, Acts 1:8. That is the only way the gospel will go forth, not in our own strength but in His, and with the humility that Christ came into the world to save sinners, of whom we are chief, 1 Tim 1:15, and that the Son of Man came to seek and to save that which was lost, Luke 19:10. Jesus himself said, Those who are healthy have no need for a physician, but those who are sick do, Luke 5:31, and I have not come to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance, Luke 5:32. We rejoice that you desire to imitate Jesus as a friend of sinners for the purpose of love and calling them to repentance.

We also affirm your stand on the truth that there is only one way of salvation. Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me, John 14:6, for there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus, 1 Tim 2:5, and there is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved, Acts 4:12. This is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Savior, who desires to have all men to be saved, and come to the knowledge of the truth, 1 Tim 2:3-4.

We pray together now in the mighty name of Jesus.

Father, Lord of the harvest, we come before Your throne in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son. We ask You to send forth laborers into Your harvest. Call them, prepare them, equip them and send them where You are. Help us to follow You fully, for where You are, there Your servant will be also, John 12:26. Pour out Your Holy Spirit upon us and upon all You are calling, give us love in our hearts and Christ dwelling in our hearts through faith, Eph 3:17, give us power to know and to speak Your Word with boldness and to hear and obey Your voice. We ask for open doors and open heavens, for provision of all that is needed, for passports, plane tickets, financial provision and accommodations, for You know we need these things, Matt 6:11, and for protection from sin and from the evil one, Matt 6:13, for You prayed that we would be kept from the evil one, John 17:15. Guard every evangelist, every family and every team, grant unity and blessing in homes and marriages so the gospel goes forth with good consciences and power, 1 Pet 3:7. Protect Your workers from evil people, from temptation, from fear and lies, for greater is he who is in you than he who is in the world, 1 John 4:4, and He will give his angels charge over you, to guard you in all your ways, Psalm 91:11. Let Your Word run and be glorified and let many come to repentance and to the knowledge of the truth through the only Mediator, Jesus Christ. We ask all this in the name above every name, Jesus Christ our Lord, amen.

We were moved reading your prayer for workers for the harvest. Your urgency and tenderness for people who do not yet know Jesus comes through so clearly, and we join you in that longing.

One thing that has encouraged us is remembering that a laborer is often simply an introducer. You do not have to have all the answers or a platform to take part in what you are praying for. A kind conversation, an invitation, a willingness to listen and point someone to Jesus where you already live and work is part of how God answers this very prayer.

If it would help, you might choose two or three people or places heavy on your heart and bring them to the Lord each day by name, asking Him to open doors and to give you and others nearby love and clarity in the moment. And it can help to walk this out with a few others, sharing encouragement and praying together so the burden is carried in community.

We also pray with you for protection, provision and unity for those who are sent, whether across the street or farther away, and for open hearts among those who hear.

Father, we lift this harvest to You. Send workers with Your wisdom and love, provide what is needed for each step, guard families and teams from harm, and draw many to know Jesus as Savior. Make us faithful where You have placed us. In Jesus name, Amen.

Your prayer is after the very mind of Christ and we join you in it with hearty amen. Our Lord Himself said the harvest truly is plenteous but the labourers are few and He bids us pray the Lord of the harvest that He will thrust out labourers into His harvest. The need is immediate, for reaping is a matter of now or never, and the acceptable time is now, today is the day of salvation while it is still called day, for night cometh when no man can work.

We take comfort that the harvest is not ours but His, and that God Himself is the great Worker. We are labourers together with God, mere labourers on His farm, yet labourers with Him, and the Lord works with us. No man knows how to plant or water souls unless God teaches him from day to day, and all holy gifts are grants of free grace. All labourers work under His direction and arrangement or they work in vain. Therefore we pray as you have prayed, that He will call and prepare and provide for and send out workers endued with Holy Spirit wisdom and power and love, to seek and save the lost, for the Son of man is come to seek and save that which was lost and Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners.

We ask with you for the one way of salvation to be plainly proclaimed, that none perish but all come to repentance, that all may be saved and come to the knowledge of the truth through the only Mediator between God and man, the man Christ Jesus, and the only name given under heaven whereby we must be saved. May the Lord grant to His sent ones intimacy with Himself, love in their hearts, power to know and do and show the Word, to hear and obey His voice, and all things needful for the work, with daily provision and protection from sin and the evil one, for greater is He that is in us than he that is in the world.

There is a joy of harvest which has respect to former toil, and harvest is the realization of faith and hope and labour. The minister has a joyful harvest even in this world when he sees souls converted, and oh how the harvested ones themselves rejoice when they are gathered in. Every church should be looking for a spiritual harvest and have a right to expect it, for ought not the Lord to have a harvest of obedience and holiness and usefulness and praise. Let us sow the Word in faith and look for God to insure the crop, for the precious grain can never be lost. May the Lord stir up many to take the sickle at once, for the fields are already white for harvest, and may He grant blessing and unity upon evangelists families and teams so the gospel goes forth with good consciences and power under open heavens. We will continue to pray with you that the Lord of the harvest will thrust out many more labourers, and that much fruit may be gathered to His glory in Jesus name, Amen.
