Pray to The LORD of THE HARVEST, Send Workers, Matt 9:37-38, w/ Holy Spirit Wisdom, Power, and Love, Acts 1:8, To Seek & Save The Lost , Lk 19:10, as Jesus Christ Came into The World to Save Sinners 1 Tim 1:15-16, with the attitude that we are chief of sinners, friends of sinners for purpose of love and to imitate Jesus, Luke 5:31, Jesus answered, “It is not the healthy who need a doctor, but the sick." Luke 5:32, "For I have not come to call the righteous, but sinners, to repentance."

Lord You will that "None Perish but all come to repentance," 2 Pet 3:9, We pray for all people, and for All to Be Saved and come to the knowledge of the TRUTH, 1 Tim 2:1-4, John 14:6... Come to God through THE ONLY WAY to The Father, John 14:6, The ONE MEDIATOR between GOD and HUMANITY, 1 Tim 2:5, The ONLY NAME GIVEN by which WE MUST BE SAVED, Acts 4:12...

"And Jesus was saying to them, 'The harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few; therefore plead with the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into His harvest,'" Luke 10:2. Lord Jesus, You are The Lord of The Harvest. We urgently ask for workers and laborers to be called, prepared, provided for and sent out into Your harvest -- "where You are Your servant will be also," Jn 12:26. Help us understand agricultural crop readiness does not last forever and the ACCEPTABLE TIME is NOW, TODAY is The Day of SALVATION, 2 Cor 6:2! Grant us all we need: calling, intimacy with You, LOVE in OUR HEARTS, Eph 3:15-17, power to know, do and show the Word, to hear and obey Your Voice, passports, plane tickets, financial provision, accommodations, Matt 6:11, and the protection from sin and the evil one, Matt 6:13, John 17:15, in Your Name, Jesus, Amen. "We must carry out the works of Him who sent Me as long as it is day; night is coming, when no one can work," John 9:4. "But you shall receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be witnesses to Me in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth, Acts 1:8" -- Blessing and UNITY on evangelist's families and teams so gospel goes forth with good consciences and power under open heavens, 1 Pet 3:7. We join with you in this urgent and scriptural cry to the Lord of the harvest and we agree together in Jesus name for laborers to be thrust forth.

Your burden reflects the very heart of our Lord. We are moved by how you have anchored this prayer in the Word and we stand with you on these promises. Jesus himself said in Matt 9:37-38, The harvest indeed is plentiful, but the laborers are few. Pray therefore that the Lord of the harvest will send out laborers into his harvest. And again in Luke 10:2, The harvest is indeed plentiful, but the laborers are few. Pray therefore to the Lord of the harvest, that he may send out laborers into his harvest. This is not a suggestion but a command to pray, and we obey it with you now.

We also agree for the power and love you asked for, for without the Holy Spirit we can do nothing. We claim Acts 1:8 together, But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you. You will be witnesses to me in Jerusalem, in all Judea and Samaria, and to the uttermost parts of the earth. We pray that every worker sent would be filled with Holy Spirit wisdom, power and love, and would go as a true witness of Jesus, not in human strength.

We share your heart for the lost, remembering Luke 19:10, For the Son of Man came to seek and to save that which was lost. And Luke 5:31-32, Jesus answered them, Those who are healthy have no need for a physician, but those who are sick do. I have not come to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance. We agree that we must go with the attitude you described, that Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners, of whom we are chief, as in 1 Tim 1:15, and as friends of sinners for the purpose of love, to imitate Jesus who was moved with compassion for the crowds.

We join you in praying for all people to be saved, for we know 2 Pet 3:9, The Lord is not slow concerning his promise, as some count slowness, but is patient with us, not wishing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance. And 1 Tim 2:3-4, This is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Savior, who desires all people to be saved and come to full knowledge of the truth. We affirm with you that there is only one way to the Father and one hope for the lost, as Jesus said in John 14:6, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. And 1 Tim 2:5, For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus. And Acts 4:12, There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved. It is only through faith in Jesus Christ that any can be saved, and we must proclaim that name alone.

We feel the urgency you expressed and we add our amen to it. The Word tells us in 2 Cor 6:2, Behold, now is the acceptable time. Behold, now is the day of salvation. And John 9:4, We must work the works of him who sent me, while it is day. The night is coming, when no one can work. The harvest does not wait forever, and today is the day to go, to pray, to send, and to be sent. We pray that we ourselves would not only pray for laborers but be willing to be the answer to that prayer, wherever the Lord calls us, for John 12:26 says, If anyone serves me, let him follow me. Where I am, there will my servant also be.

So we pray together now.

Father, in the name of Jesus, we plead with You as Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into Your harvest. Call them, prepare them, provide for them and send them. Grant to Your workers deep intimacy with You, love in our hearts according to Eph 3:17, that Christ may dwell in our hearts through faith, to the end that we are rooted and grounded in love, and power to know and do and speak Your Word boldly, with ears to hear and obey Your voice. We ask for Your daily provision, as in Matt 6:11, Give us today our daily bread, for passports, plane tickets, financial provision, accommodations, open doors and open heavens for the gospel to go forth. We ask for protection from sin and from the evil one, as in Matt 6:13, Bring us not into temptation, but deliver us from the evil one, and John 17:15, that You would keep them from the evil one. Guard evangelists, their families and their teams in unity and with good consciences as in 1 Pet 3:7, keep them from evil people, from temptation as in 1 Cor 10:13, from fear and lies as in Zeph 3:13, and establish them under Your promise in Ps 91:11-12, For he will put his angels in charge of you, to guard you in all your ways. They will bear you up in their hands, so that you will not dash your foot against a stone. We remember 1 John 4:4, You who is in you is greater than he who is in the world, and 1 John 5:18, He who was born of God keeps himself, and the evil one does not touch him. Let the gospel go forth with power, with good consciences and with great unity, that many would repent and be saved and come to the knowledge of the truth. We ask this in the mighty and only saving name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Mediator, amen.

We join you in this prayer for the harvest, and we are grateful for the burden you carry for people who have not yet come to know Jesus.

What you prayed captures both urgency and tenderness, that God desires people to come to repentance and to truth, and that the time to reach them is now. It is encouraging to bring that desire directly to the Lord of the harvest and trust Him to call and send the workers needed.

One way we have seen God answer this kind of prayer is very close to home. An evangelist is often simply an introducer, someone who says to a neighbor or coworker in pain, have you met Jesus who can change your life. Mission does not have to start far away, it can begin across the street, in the places you already live and work. And it grows well when a few believers gather regularly for teaching, prayer, caring for each other, and looking outward together. That kind of fellowship keeps love fresh and makes outreach natural rather than forced.

If it helps, you might ask the Lord to show you one or two people He has already placed near you to pray for by name, and one or two others to pray with you for workers and open doors.

Father, in Jesus' name we ask You to raise up and send workers into Your harvest with wisdom, love and power. Provide what is needed, protect them and their families from the evil one, and keep them united and faithful as they bear witness. Make us available where You have placed us, and let Your gospel go forward with clarity. Amen.

We join you in this earnest prayer to the Lord of the harvest, for the harvest truly is plenteous but the labourers are few.

Your petition is according to the mind of Christ, who came to seek and to save that which was lost, and who is not willing that any should perish but that all should come to repentance. There is one Mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus, and there is none other name under heaven given among men whereby we must be saved. It is right and good to pray that all men might be saved and come unto the knowledge of the truth, through Him who is the Way, the Truth, and the Life.

We are taught that soul winning is a work which filled the Saviour's heart and moved the eternal mind before the earth was, and that he who would be a worker together with God in it must be wise and must win by love. Eloquence and orthodoxy without love will never win a soul. It requires a heart that beats hard against the ribs, full of the milk of human kindness, and full of the power of the Holy Ghost. Such labourers must go down into the wheat and sweat at the work, for nothing in the harvest field is done without the sweat of the soul. And we must remember that the reaping is a matter of now or never. The fields are already white for harvest, and the acceptable time is now, today is the day of salvation. To say there are yet four months and then cometh harvest is to be indifferent to perishing multitudes.

The joy of the church in receiving converts may well be compared to the joy in harvest. The farmer sows with a view to harvest and expects it, and so should every church look for a spiritual harvest. It is a joy which has respect to former toil, and when the success comes it is joy indeed. There is no joy on earth like that of seeing a soul brought out of the miry clay and set upon the King's highway, for every soul converted is part of Christ's reward and of the travail of His soul. And in this harvest, unlike any other, the harvested ones themselves rejoice.

Therefore let us pray together that the Lord of the harvest would thrust forth labourers into His harvest, for it is His harvest and He cares for it. May He call them, prepare them, and send them, granting them intimacy with Christ, love in their hearts, power to know and to do and to show the Word, and a ready obedience to His voice. May He grant open doors, provision for every need, and journeying mercies, and may He keep them from sin and from the evil one, and guard their families and their fellowships in unity and a good conscience, that the gospel may go forth with power under open heavens, in Jerusalem and in all Judea and in Samaria and unto the uttermost part of the earth. We ask that He would give us all to hear His voice and to answer, Whom shall I send, and to go where our Master is, for where He is, there shall also His servant be.

We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord, who delights in mercy and who will yet gather His wheat into His garner, Amen.
