dear brother or sister, a landlord coming to inspect the house is a common and necessary part of rental properties. You may be the very best tenant in the world who is renting a home. However the home owner or landlord does not know that. He is simply protecting his property from people who rent homes and trash and destroy them. Everything from burning carpets, kitchen bench tops, breaking windows, blinds and even walls and doors. Do not be alarmed by the fact that an inspection is conducted, it is standard procedure. In fact a good landlord will inspect everything 3 months, or at least should. If you are a clean and tidy person who respects other peoples property you will not have any worries or concerns with this procedure at all. God bless you and keep you safe, in Jesus name amen.
