Lord Jesus, please stop my husband from talking about the things he wants to purchase when he gets paid. There are things I'd like to purchase namely necessities. However Lord, his paycheck won't be a drop in the bucket to the over $###.## I need today to pay our bills. Every time he mentions something to buy or looks at a sales paper and says he wants something he sees I cringe.
Lord, I am tired of living in fear of losing everything. I am tired of being in debt. Even before the events of this year it was a struggle. Now it is a never-ending nightmare. Lord, please end the nightmare. Please grant my settlements as I call them. So many will be comforted and so many of my problems will be solved. Lord, it would bring some happiness into my life. As it stands now and for a long time now, there is and have not been any happiness in my life, just stress of daily trying to find the money to keep a roof over our heads, gas in the car for my husband to get to work, keeping the electric on and the water and keeping some food on the table and paying the rest of the bills which everything is 2 or more months behind. Nothing extra.
Lord, I would like very much to not have to deal with any of it. If you want me Lord to continue to be at home with no income other than my small disability and my husband's dwindled paychecks then something has to give. We are not making it. You know that I do not splurge. Why is it so wrong Lord for me to have financial peace, to want my bills paid, paid on time, paid completely out of debt and have a safety net for emergencies. We have none of that. I am not trying to store treasure here, I am trying to live by your word.
Please grant my settlements so others will be blessed and provide the $###.## plus I need by Friday to cover our bills that I've listed that are all past due
In Jesus name I pray believing it has already been done. Amen
