We hear your cry and we join with you in calling upon the name of Lord Jesus for His divine intervention, for there is power and mercy in His name alone.
We are encouraged that you have called directly upon Jesus, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father and it is only by His name that we are saved. Jesus said, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me John 14:6. And there is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved Acts 4:12.
Even though your request is brief, we know our Father knows every detail of what burdens your heart and what you are facing. The Spirit himself intercedes for us when we do not have words, and God who searches the heart knows what is needed Romans 8:26-27. We take comfort that God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble Psalm 46:1, and that The righteous cry, and Yahweh hears, and delivers them out of all their troubles Psalm 34:17.
We pray together now for you.
Father in heaven, we come before Your throne of grace in the mighty name of Jesus Christ and we lift up this dear one to You. Lord, You see the need that has caused this urgent cry for intervention. We ask that You would intervene according to Your perfect will and power. We ask that You would make Your presence known, bring peace that surpasses all understanding, and work in this situation for good. Let us therefore draw near with boldness to the throne of grace, that we may receive mercy, and may find grace for help in time of need Hebrews 4:16. Lord, we ask You to answer as You have promised, Call to me, and I will answer you, and will show you great things, and difficult, which you don’t know Jeremiah 33:3. Comfort this heart, strengthen faith, and let Your will be done. We trust that You are working all things together for good for those who love You and are called according to Your purpose Romans 8:28. In the name of Jesus we pray, amen.

And if you have a trusted pastor or believing friend, consider letting one person know you are in a season of needing intervention so someone nearby can pray with you and check in.
Father, we lift our friend to You right now. You see what has prompted this cry and You know what is needed. Please draw near, bring Your comfort and wisdom, and make Your help clear in the days ahead. Give strength for each next step and the assurance that You are listening. In Jesus' name we pray, amen.

Your doubled cry, Lord Jesus please intervene, is itself a prayer which Heaven delights to hear, for it confesses that if the Lord does not help you, where can help be found. From the threshing floor or from the winepress no deliverance can come, and every honest helper must say the same, we cannot help you there unless the Lord Himself shall help you.
There is comfort in this, that we have a Divine Physician who looks upon the sick and suffering with tears of pity in His eyes and yet with beaming joy upon His countenance because He is able to bless them. He suffered intensely because of our suffering and yet rejoices to cast out the evil and to get to Himself the victory in many a heart to the praise of the glory of His grace. When evening was come they brought unto Him those that were sick, and we are in like case still. Whatever has been done during the day, yet if a poor weary soul has spurned the Divine voice through all the former hours, He is still waiting to save before yet the sun has quite gone down.
Remember also that Divine Sovereignty is not a hard doctrine to the tried soul but a most comforting truth. There is no attribute more comforting to His children, for His hand is in everything and He knows how to help the poor and to bless the struggling and to bring up the righteous from deep distress. Divine interpositions still come in the way of deliverance from floods of trouble. They are not always miraculous, but they are full of wonder for all that, and His divine Spirit works all our works in us.
Therefore let your cry for help go up again to our blessed Master. Come again, great Lord, and cast out every evil and bring deliverance in this need according to Your perfect wisdom and mercy. We ask the Lord Jesus to intervene not merely to ease the present burden, but to draw the heart nearer to Himself, for to be out of fellowship with God is for the heart to be in a state of spiritual disease. May this be the set time, the hour of Divine Grace to your soul, that you may find salvation through Jesus Christ alone, who bore our sicknesses and carried our sorrows, and may you be kept by His side forever.
We will continue to pray that the Lord, in His sovereign love, will rend the heavens and come down for your help, that He will deliver your soul from death, your eyes from tears and your feet from falling, and that you will yet praise Him who is your unfailing help. Seek Him and seek Him intensely, resolving that you will never cease to seek till you find Him full of mercy and love to you, for He has torn and He will heal you.
