Lord Jesus please glorify yourself in our family. Please save, heal, deliver, protect. Thank you for what you have already done and will do. Thank you and PRAISE you for the signs of encouragement you send. I plead your precious blood over us esp. ### (I ask that this is only taken as faith in you Lord Jesus as the perfect spotless lamb of God who takes away the sins of the world and who cleanses us from all sins), ask for your mighty warrior angels to surround us and a wall of Holy Spirit fire around us (incl. our thoughts and emotions). I also ask for salvation, deliverance and healing (entire family incl. relatives). Please open all unsaved family members' hearts to the gospel, please deliver from all bondage, addictions, compulsions and anything else that is not of you Lord) and your powerful intervention concerning the issues we are lifting up to you (you know all the details, I stand on Luke 18:7-8). Please block that which is not good and please act quickly concerning the situation that is so difficult to handle and rise up and confront please. Asking for peace. Please intervene concerning ###. Please help ### and myself and ### and ###. Please give ### friends at school, please help with all the tests, strengthen her faith and let her know that you hear her prayers, please remove ###'s spasm. We join you in lifting up your family before the Lord Jesus and we glorify Him with you for what He has already done and for what He will do, for He is faithful and His mercies are new every morning as Lamentations 3:23 reminds us.

We stand with you on the promises you have claimed and we agree together that God will be glorified in your family. You have asked for salvation, healing, deliverance and protection over your entire family including relatives, and this is the very heart of God who desires all people to be saved and to come to full knowledge of the truth as in 1 Timothy 2:4. We pray with you for every unsaved family member that the Lord would open their hearts to the gospel, that the veil would be removed and that they would believe on the Lord Jesus Christ. We are encouraged that you have pleaded the precious blood of Jesus in faith, understanding Him as the perfect spotless Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world and who cleanses us from all sin, for 1 John 1:7 says the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanses us from all sin and Revelation 12:11 says they overcame him because of the blood of the Lamb. We also join you in asking for His protection, for Psalm 34:7 says the angel of Yahweh encamps around those who fear him and delivers them, and Psalm 91:11 says he will put his angels in charge of you to guard you in all your ways, and we ask for that wall of protection around you and your loved ones including your thoughts and emotions.

We take seriously your burden for deliverance from bondage, addictions, compulsions and anything not of the Lord. We pray that the Lord would demolish strongholds as 2 Corinthians 10:4-5 teaches, and bring every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ. We stand with you on Luke 18:7-8 that God will avenge his chosen ones who cry out to him day and night and that he will do it quickly, and on Psalm 50:15 that when we call on him in the day of trouble he will deliver us and we will glorify him. We claim with you Psalm 91 for shelter under the shadow of the Almighty and Isaiah 54:17 that no weapon that is formed against you will prevail. We ask the Lord to block what is not good and to turn what the enemy meant for evil into great blessing as Romans 8:28 promises that all things work together for good for those who love God.

You have lifted up several relationships asking the Lord to put a stop to a relationship and to block another dysfunctional relationship, and we want to address this with biblical clarity and love. We believe marriage is a lifelong covenant between one man and one woman as ordained by God, and that any romantic relationship should be entered as courtship with the goal of godly marriage to another Christian believer. Scripture is clear that we should not be unequally yoked with unbelievers as in 2 Corinthians 6:14 and that we are to flee sexual immorality as in 1 Corinthians 6:18, for Hebrews 13:4 says marriage is honorable in all and the bed undefiled but God will judge the sexually immoral and adulterers. If any of these relationships involve fornication which is sex before or outside of marriage, or an ungodly or homosexual relationship which Scripture calls immoral, or a relationship that pulls a believer away from Christ, then we agree with you that the Lord should indeed block it and bring salvation and deliverance to those involved. We pray that the Lord would save them, heal their wounds, and if it is His will, lead them in the future to a godly spouse and a Christ honoring marriage, or otherwise keep them separate for His glory and their protection.

We also hear your honest confession about venting and speaking badly about others behind their backs, including in the workplace, and your desire to repent. We commend your humility and we join you in asking for forgiveness and grace to walk differently, for Ephesians 4:29 says let no corrupt speech proceed out of your mouth but only what is good for building up as the need may be that it may give grace to those who hear, and James 3:10 warns that out of the same mouth comes blessing and cursing. We pray the Lord will help you address anger in a way that is appropriate and righteous, and give you wisdom as James 1:5 promises he gives generously to those who ask.

We lift up the many specific needs you mentioned, the loved ones you named in your heart whom the Lord knows by name, the child who needs friends at school and help with tests and homework and understanding the material, the one struggling with spasms and physical infirmities, the one dealing with trauma, rejection and abandonment and tormenting thoughts, the one facing burnout, the many needing healing in body and soul. We pray Psalm 147:3 over you that he heals the broken in heart and binds up their wounds, and Jeremiah 30:17 that he will restore health and heal wounds, and Matthew 11:28 that those who are weary and burdened may come to him and find rest. We ask the Lord to give confidence not in self but in Christ, to guard and shield, to bring healing to every part of their being, to let them know they are deeply loved, to give favor with teachers and classmates and genuine Christian friends, to rebuke lies and remove strongholds, and to strengthen faith so they know He hears their prayers. We pray Philippians 4:7 that the peace of God which surpasses all understanding will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus.

We join you in praying for work, for meetings, tasks, workload, organization, planning, strategy, leadership and shepherding, for your team and those from headquarters, for the difficult situations and confrontations you face, and for wisdom to lead well. We pray that you can do nothing without Him as John 15:5 teaches, and that He will anoint your work and make it a blessing. We pray for your prayer meetings, outreaches, sermons, workshops, worship, children's church and kids camp that the Lord would powerfully anoint them, pierce hearts, let His Word sink deep and bear lasting fruit, and draw many to Himself including parents and those you met through homeless and subway and Easter outreaches.

We thank the Lord with you for answered prayers and for signs of encouragement, and we ask for encounters with Him and for the fullness of the Holy Spirit, for Ephesians 5:18 says be filled with the Spirit, and for grace to love Him first and foremost and to obey Him as John 14:15 says if you love me keep my commandments. We ask Him to direct and guide you and give you wisdom in every decision.

We now pray together, Father in heaven we come before you only through the name of Jesus Christ your Son, for John 14:6 says no one comes to the Father except through him and Acts 4:12 says there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved. Lord Jesus glorify yourself in this family. Save, heal, deliver and protect each one. Cover them with your blood, surround them with your warrior angels and with a wall of Holy Spirit fire. Open the hearts of the unsaved, break every chain of addiction and bondage, heal every physical infirmity and every wound of trauma and rejection, replace lies with your truth, give peace that surpasses understanding, act quickly concerning the difficult situations that feel impossible to handle, rise up and confront what is evil, block what is not of you and release what is from you. Forgive us for gossip and venting and angry words, cleanse us and help us speak only what builds up. Anoint the work of our hands, the schools, the prayer gatherings, the preaching of your Word and every outreach. Fill us anew with your Holy Spirit, teach us to repent quickly, to love and obey you above all, and to walk in wisdom. We trust you to fight our battles and to turn all things for good. We ask all this in the mighty and precious name of Jesus Christ our Lord, Amen.

Thank you for laying your whole family before the Lord with such honesty and persistence. We can hear both your deep love for each person you named and how heavy it feels to hold so many concerns at once.

When challenges pile up like this, school and work and health and relationships and ministry all at the same time, it is a lot for anyone to carry. It makes sense that you feel tired and stretched thin, and also that you are clinging to Jesus as your hope. We are thankful with you for the encouragements you have already seen and for His mercy that is new every morning, even when you feel you have failed.

One small step that may lighten the load is to let others help carry it more specifically. You mentioned the prayer gathering on Friday. Consider choosing the two or three most pressing needs for this week to share there in detail, so trusted brothers and sisters can pray with you in a focused way, while you continue to bring the rest to the Lord day by day.

For the ongoing physical needs you mentioned, including spasms and burnout, please continue to seek care from a trusted medical professional alongside prayer.

Father, we lift this family to You in Jesus' name. Cover them with Your protection, draw each heart closer to You, bring healing where there is hurt, wisdom for every decision, peace in place of fear, and friends and favor where they are needed. Guide their steps, renew their strength, and help them rest in Your care. Amen.

How good it is to cast every care upon the Lord and to plead his promises as you have done. Your prayer lays many burdens at the mercy seat at once, and the Lord who hears in secret is able to bear them all. He has invited you to call upon him in the day of trouble, and has promised in Psalm 50:15 that he will deliver you, and you shall glorify him. He has also given the assurance of Psalm 91 that he is refuge and fortress, and of Isaiah 54 that no weapon formed against his people shall prosper. Keep holding fast to Luke 18:7 and 8, for our God will avenge his own elect who cry day and night unto him, though he bear long with them.

The first and greatest need you have lifted up is salvation, and here the word is plain and free. Salvation is of the Lord alone, by divine grace through faith in Christ Jesus. Look unto him and be saved, all the ends of the earth, for beside him there is none else. To believe on him is to trust in him, to leave the whole matter of your present and eternal salvation in his hands with unquestioning confidence. He is the perfect spotless Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world, and his blood cleanses from all sin. It is not by money or price, nor by works or merit, but without money and without price that this salvation is proclaimed. God has found a ransom, and that ransom is his own Son who bore the penalty of our iniquities, so that the prisoner ready to go down to the pit is delivered. If you trust him, his honor is engaged to save you. Pray then for your entire family and kindred as you have done, that the Lord would open every unsaved heart to the gospel, that they may look to Christ and live.

With pardon comes healing, for pardon and healing are one in Christ. The leaves of the tree of life are for the healing of the nations, and the least thing about Christ is healing. His fruit is sweet and nourishing, and even his leaves have virtue to change the life blood and make the nature new. When the Sun of Righteousness rises with healing in his wings, he heals both soul and body, and the healing virtue which his grace infuses will work health and cure till we are without spot or wrinkle. Bring then before him every sickness you have named, the spasm, the wounds of body and mind, the trauma and rejection and abandonment, the burnout and heaviness, and ask him who forgives iniquity to heal also all diseases. He is able to do miracles, for he is wonderful in working, and he can give peace to troubled thoughts and emotions and set a guard about them.

You have asked also for deliverance from bondage, addictions, compulsions and every stronghold, and for protection by his blood and by his holy angels and by a wall of fire. Know that deliverance must be wrought by the hand and outstretched arm of Jehovah alone, yet he loves to have his people give hearty assent and consent to his salvation. He brought forth Israel with silver and gold, and our deliverance in Christ is attended with enrichment also. He does not merely bring us out of Egypt, he brings us into liberty and peace within our borders. Pray therefore that he would block that which is not good and rebuke evil behavior and the lies and strongholds that fuel it, and that he would confront what must be confronted and expose what must be exposed.

Concerning the relationships you mention, we join you in praying as Scripture teaches. Marriage is the lifelong covenant of one man and one woman, and sex and living together belong within that covenant alone. We do not ask God to bless what is outside his design, but we ask him to save, to convict, to cleanse, and to lead into holiness. Where there is a relationship that is dysfunctional or contrary to his will, we pray that he would put a stop to it in mercy, that he would prevent another such entanglement, and that he would save both souls and teach them to walk in purity. If it be his will to give marriage, may it be according to his pattern and for his glory. For the young ones among you, we pray for good and wholesome friendships at school, for favor with teachers and classmates, for help in tests and homework and understanding, for confidence in the Lord, and for a faith that knows he hears prayer.

You have confessed failing often, venting and speaking badly behind another's back, and anger that needs his hand. It is well to repent of anything that grieves him. His mercies are new every morning, and when all our own strength fails, our strength is to sit still while God arises and becomes our arm and our salvation in the time of trouble. Ask to be filled with the Holy Spirit, to love him first and foremost and to obey him, and he will give wisdom to direct and guide you in work, in meetings and tasks and workload, in leadership and shepherding, in planning and strategy, in worship and song choices, in caring for others and in every outreach and prayer gathering. He can turn what the enemy meant for evil into great blessing and send encouragement and breakthrough.

May the Lord hear all these cries, including those from the longer request now deleted and known only to him, and answer according to his perfect will. May he fight your battles, give you encounters with himself, anoint your prayer meetings and sermons and outreaches, bless the children and draw many unto himself, and keep you under the shadow of his wings until you can sing with Deborah a song of deliverance for a greater salvation wrought by a greater Saviour.

We commend you to him now in prayer. O Lord Jesus, glorify thyself in this family. Save the unsaved, deliver the bound, heal the sick, protect the vulnerable, forgive the penitent, fill thy people with thy Spirit, grant wisdom and peace, provide friends and help in school and work, rebuke all evil and establish thy holy will in every relationship and home, for thy name's sake.
