God hears prayer and answers it, so we must commit to a life of prayer and trust in Him.
We join you in lifting your whole family before the Lord Jesus, asking that He alone be glorified in every part of your lives. We thank God with you for what He has already done, for every sign of encouragement He has given, and for His promise that His mercies are new every morning. We stand with you on His word in Luke 18:7-8 that He hears the cry of His people and will act, on Psalm 50:15 that He delivers those who call on Him, on Psalm 91 that He covers His people under His wings, and on Isaiah 54:14-17 that no weapon formed against His children shall prosper.

We pray first for salvation, because there is salvation in no other name. Jesus came not to judge the world but to save it through His blood as the perfect spotless Lamb who takes away sin. We ask that every unsaved family member and relative would hear the gospel now, for now is the acceptable time and now is the day of salvation, and that God would open hearts to receive Christ. We pray that those who now see the cross as foolishness would come to know it as the wisdom and power of God unto salvation.

We agree with you in pleading the blood of Jesus in faith, not as a formula but as trust in His finished work that cleanses from all sin, and we ask the Lord to surround you and your loved ones with His protection, to give His angels charge over you, to set a wall of fire around you and to guard your thoughts and emotions with His peace. We ask for deliverance from every bondage, addiction, compulsion and anything that is not of Him, for healing of body and mind including spasms and every wound and trauma, for healing of rejection and abandonment, for the removal of lies and strongholds and for the renewing of minds with His truth. We ask Him to block what is not good and to fight your battles, for the battle belongs to Him.

Concerning relationships we pray as you have prayed, that the Lord would save and bring deliverance. We do not ask God to bless what is outside His good design, but we ask Him to save, to convict, to cleanse and to lead into holiness. For marriage is His gift as a lifelong covenant of one man and one woman, and all intimacy and living together belong within that covenant. Where any relationship is dysfunctional, dishonoring to Him, or draws a heart away from Him, we ask Him to put a stop to it, to expose what is hidden, to break what is not of Him, and to prevent further entanglements that would bring harm. We pray instead for purity, for restored relationships, for healing where there has been hurt, and for friendships and community that build faith.

We lift up the many specific needs you named. For the children and young people, for friends at school, for favor with teachers and classmates, for help with tests, homework and understanding, for confidence rooted in Christ, for deliverance from burnout and for the knowledge that God hears their prayers. For work, meetings, workload, organization, leadership and shepherding, for wisdom in planning and strategy, for the teams and those at headquarters, for care needs and for every practical matter you are carrying. For the prayer meetings and prayer gatherings, for the intro course, for sermons and workshops, for outreaches to the homeless and on the subways and for the kids camp, that God would anoint them, pierce hearts, draw many to Himself and cause His word to bear lasting fruit.

You asked for help to repent of anything that grieves Him and to be filled with the Holy Spirit and to love Him first and to obey Him. That is the path of life. Hearing the word is not enough for salvation if we do not also live it. We need continual remembrance of His word, with endurance in suffering, with a heart set free from the cares of this world and the deceit of riches, and with deliverance from all worldly things that would choke the word. We pray that God would give you and your family that grace, to hear and to do, to turn from sin quickly, to be strengthened in fortitude and to walk in the fullness of His Spirit with wisdom for each decision. When you fail, as we all do, remember that He is merciful and ready to forgive those who come to Him in true repentance through Christ.

In the midst of these trials that feel so difficult to handle, we pray that your patient endurance of suffering would work comfort and salvation, as God uses affliction to make His comfort abound in you. He knows every detail you have lifted up, every deleted prayer, every burden for ### and for ### and for all the names before Him. He collects your tears and He will answer in His perfect time. Keep calling upon Him, keep seeking Christian fellowship, keep gathering for prayer, and keep trusting that what the enemy meant for evil God is able to turn for great blessing.

We thank Him with you for answered prayers and ask for fresh encounters with Jesus, for breakthrough and great encouragement over your whole household. May the Lord direct and guide you, fill you with His peace, and keep you in His love until He completes the work He has begun. Amen.

Your heartfelt cry to see the Lord glorified in your family is precious to Him, and He hears every detail you have poured out before Him.

What you have put first is what matters most, the salvation of your household. Scripture teaches that the grace of God that brings salvation has appeared to all people, and that now is the accepted time, now is the day of salvation. To confess with the mouth that Jesus is Lord and to believe in the heart that God raised Him from the dead is unto salvation now. There will be a day when every knee will bow and every tongue confess that He is Lord, but then that confession will not bring salvation, it will only acknowledge the truth that was rejected. That is why it is so urgent to pray for unsaved family and relatives while there is still time, and to keep sharing the gospel with them without giving offense in anything, so the message is not hindered. Salvation is not something we can achieve on our own. It is outside our ability. God has placed it upon His grace and upon the work of Jesus Christ, His name itself meaning the Lord is salvation, for He saves His people from their sins. Even the faith to believe is a gift from Him. Whosoever will may come, and He will not cast out any who come to Him. That is how great this salvation is, it reaches the lowest sinner and brings us into the family of God as sons and daughters, with Jesus as the captain of our salvation who has gone before us through suffering to bring many into glory.

Because salvation is a gift, the call to work out your own salvation with fear and trembling is not a call to work for your salvation. You do not earn it by effort. Rather, God has already worked within you, and you are to live out what He has done, with reverence and dependence. That is where repentance, loving Him first, obeying Him, being filled with the Holy Spirit, and seeking wisdom belong. You mentioned failing often. That is true of all of us, and that is why His mercies being new every morning is such a comfort. When you turn from what grieves Him and ask to be filled and guided, He is faithful to direct your steps and to give wisdom for decisions, for work, for meetings, for caring responsibilities, and for the many burdens you carry.

You have asked also for healing, deliverance, and protection, and Scripture shows that Jesus has power in every realm, to forgive sin, to heal sickness, to calm the storm, and to command evil. Matthew applies Isaiah to Jesus to show He bore our sicknesses as well as our sins, and when we remember His body broken for us we are reminded of that provision. At the same time, the Bible does not teach that God wills instant healing in every case. Paul prayed three times for his thorn in the flesh and the Lord did not remove it, but taught him grace in it. There are healings that are gradual and healings that are instant, and there are times when God heals the heart and mind and emotions even as the body waits. All true healing is from Him, whether through natural processes He created or through a direct touch, and we do not always understand why some are healed quickly and others are not. What we do know is that no healing is more important than salvation. The forgiveness of sins is the greatest miracle in any life. So we can bring every need you named, spasms, wounds, burnout, trauma, rejection, abandonment, anxious thoughts, and needs for school, tests, understanding, friendships and favor, and ask the Lord to heal according to His wisdom and mercy, trusting His love to do what is best.

You have asked for protection and for God to fight your battles. The promises you are standing on are sure. Call upon Me in the day of trouble and I will deliver you. He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High abides under the shadow of the Almighty. No weapon formed against you shall prosper, and righteousness and peace are the heritage of His people. The blood of Jesus as the spotless Lamb cleanses us from all sin, and that is the ground of our confidence, not a formula but faith in His finished work. He does guard His people, including their thoughts and emotions, and He commands His angels concerning them. You can rest in His present help and keep crying out as Luke teaches, that God will bring justice for His elect who cry to Him day and night, and He will act without delay in His perfect time.

For your family, there is also comfort in knowing that the bond in Christ is deeper than even blood ties. When some in a household do not yet believe, there can be alienation and pain, but God is building His own family and drawing hearts to Himself. Keep praying for deliverance from bondage, addictions, compulsions, and every stronghold, that God would open hearts to the gospel and set captives free.

Concerning relationships that weigh on you, God’s heart is to save and to make whole. His design from the beginning is that marriage is a lifelong covenant of one man and one woman, and that sexual intimacy and living together belong within that covenant. We do not ask Him to bless what lies outside that design, but we do ask Him to save, to convict where needed, to bring repentance, to block what is not good, to heal wounds between people, and to lead each person into purity and into relationships that honor Him, or to give grace to walk faithfully while single.

For work and daily pressures, for feeling out of it and unmotivated, for planning, shepherding, leading and serving others, for prayer gatherings and outreaches and every opportunity to share Christ, ask Him to take over completely, to anoint the word that is spoken so it sinks deep and bears fruit, and to turn what the enemy meant for evil into blessing. He delights to give encouragement and breakthrough as you keep seeking Him.

May the Lord grant you peace that guards your heart, fill you afresh with His Spirit, give you wisdom for each next step, and let you and your loved ones, especially the children you mentioned, know that He hears prayer. Continue to call on Him, to repent quickly, to trust His grace, and to wait expectantly for what He will do, for He is faithful.

We thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf and we are glad that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer for the glorifying of our Lord Jesus in your family.

We have continued to lift up your family before the Lord asking Him to save, heal, deliver and protect each one, to plead the precious blood of Jesus over you, to surround you with His mighty warrior angels and with a wall of Holy Spirit fire around you and around your thoughts and emotions. We have prayed for the salvation of your entire family including relatives, that the Lord would open the hearts of all who are unsaved to the gospel and deliver from every bondage, addiction and compulsion, for His peace over the difficult situations you are facing, for His quick intervention and for Him to fight your battles and block what is not good.

We have also brought before Him your requests for school, for friends and favor with teachers and classmates, for help with tests and homework, for the healing of spasms and other physical needs, for relationships that need His rebuke and healing, for comfort and healing from trauma, rejection and burnout and for renewed confidence and faith, for your work, meetings, tasks and leadership, and for the prayer gatherings, outreaches, sermons and childrens ministries that He would powerfully anoint them and draw many to Himself. We continue to stand on His promises with you in Luke 18:7-8 that He will bring about justice for His chosen ones who cry out to Him day and night, and in Psalm 50:15 and Psalm 91:15 that He will deliver those who call upon Him in the day of trouble, and in Isaiah 54:14-17 that no weapon formed against you shall prosper, for He is the Lord who performs miracles as declared in Psalm 77:14.

We are grateful for your thankfulness for what He has already done, for the signs of encouragement He has sent, and for your desire to repent, to be filled with His Holy Spirit and to love and obey Him first and foremost. We pray that His mercies which are new every morning and His wisdom and guidance will continue to sustain you and that He will grant you fresh encounters with Him.

If you have seen answers to these prayers, please post a praise report and let us all know so we may rejoice with you. If your request does not yet seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We are honored to keep standing with you.

We pray that the Lord will continue to glorify Himself in your family and in every detail you have entrusted to Him, and may God bless you as you continue to seek Him through His Son, Jesus Christ. We pray this in Jesus Name, Amen.
