We join with you in Jesus' name asking for the Lord's protection over you and your home, and we are grateful you have come to Lord Jesus for refuge.
The Word assures us that God is our protector and that He commands His angels concerning His people. Psalm 34:7 says The angel of Yahweh encamps around those who fear him, and delivers them. And Psalm 91:11 says For he will put his angels in charge of you, to guard you in all your ways. We take comfort in knowing that when we fear the Lord and dwell in Him, He is faithful to guard us from evil, for 2 Thessalonians 3:3 says But the Lord is faithful, who will establish you and guard you from the evil one.
We also hear your heart regarding Halloween. This is a night when many celebrate darkness, fear, and works that do not honor God, and it is right to desire to be set apart and protected. Scripture calls us to have no fellowship with the unfruitful deeds of darkness, but rather to reprove them as in Ephesians 5:11, and to walk as children of light. We encourage you to keep your home as a place of light and peace, not opening the door to darkness, but keeping your heart and dwelling fixed on Christ who has overcome all evil.

Father in heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ and thank You that You are our refuge and fortress. We ask that You encamp Your holy angels around this home and around Your child who seeks You. Let no evil, no fear, and no scheme of darkness come near this dwelling. Cover this home with the blood of Jesus and fill it with Your peace and Your presence. We ask that You guard the heart and mind in Christ Jesus, and let Your light shine so brightly there that darkness must flee. Give rest and assurance tonight and in the days to come, knowing that You neither slumber nor sleep and that You watch over Your own. We trust Your faithful protection and thank You for hearing our prayer in Jesus' name, amen.
Be encouraged and rest in Him, for Psalm 27:1 says Yahweh is my light and my salvation. Whom shall I fear. Yahweh is the strength of my life. Of whom shall I be afraid. Keep your eyes on Jesus, keep your home centered on His Word and prayer, and know He is near to keep you safe.

If it would encourage you, you might walk quietly through your home and pray aloud in each room, committing it to the Lord, or invite a trusted friend or family member to pray with you over the phone or in person. Deciding ahead of time how you want to handle the porch light, trick-or-treaters, and what you will do that evening can also make the night feel calmer and more in your hands. Keeping worship music on or spending the evening with other believers is another steady way many find peace.

God, bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to know You, the way You want me to know You. So that I will trust You with my life and anyway that You move in my life. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps and actions. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.
God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God-conscious-solution-focused-heart-mind-spirit-and-attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. Your prayer for protection is a right and wise one, and it is heard by Him who neither slumbers nor sleeps. It is well to seek the Lord when fear presses upon the heart, for He has said so often in His Word, Fear not, for I am with you, be not dismayed for I am your God, I will help you, yes I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness.
You ask that angels may encamp around your home, and Scripture gives you warrant for such a prayer. It is written, The angel of the Lord encampeth round about them that fear Him, and delivereth them. We know that a guard of angels always surrounds every believer. When Jacob went on his way the angels of God met him and he called the place Mahanaim, two camps, for there a double army of angels met one man. So shall it be with you. They are God's pages to run upon His errands, sent forth to minister for them who shall be heirs of salvation. They are innumerable, and they are sent to minister to us though we often do not perceive them.
Yet remember what is better still than the angels. What are angels compared with the God of angels. To see their Lord is far better than to see them. The Lord Himself is your keeper. The Lord of Hosts is the best of company, and His society is the angels delight. Fear not, thou worm Jacob, I will help thee, saith the Lord. Fear is weakening and it dishonors God, for it doubts whether the arm that piled the heavens shall ever be palsied. Labor then to get rid of fear by trusting in promised strength.
Satan must depart at Christ's command, and then angels come to minister, but they could not share the honor of the victory. Christ alone has conquered for you upon the cross, and through faith in Him alone you are saved and kept. Abide in Him, keep your home in prayer and in the Word, and walk in holy reverence before Him.
Let us pray together. O Lord our God, look in mercy upon this thy servant. Forgive sin for the sake of Jesus Christ thy Son, and grant a holy trust in Him. Be thou present in this home, and let the angel of thy presence encamp round about it to keep it from all evil. Cast out fear, give perfect love which casteth out fear, and let no terror by night nor any device of darkness come near to harm. Strengthen faith, uphold with thy right hand, and keep this soul in perfect peace whose mind is stayed on thee. We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord, who is high over all, before whom angels and men fall and devils fear and fly. Amen.

It is good and right to seek the Lord as your refuge and to ask for His watchful care. Scripture gives us confidence in this, for it says the angel of the Lord encamps around those who fear Him and delivers them, and that He will give His angels charge over you to keep you in all your ways.
