Humble Servant of All
Lord, it's amazing the things people do who have an ounce of knowledge of the bible. First last week, a sermon was preached berating me for speaking about the urgency to be born again and knowing that we are in the last days. Now, they tell me this morning not to pray or read the bible in the hearing of others in the house. I felt a heavy spirit of grief all day yesterday and I knew something was coming that was contrary to the purpose of God. I still feel grieved in the spirit. I was wondering if I did something wrong but by experience I knew that something like this was coming. Now the other ladies are happier that they don't need to hear of their need of salvation anymore. Wow! Dear God in heaven, You Who gave Your Son that no man should perish but all come to Everlasting life. That life is to know You, the only true God, the Only means of salvation. How the people perish for lack of knowledge concerning Your salvation! I'm told not to speak, not to upset the lost with the what the bible says. How they must grieve You, Lord. As You have said, 'Why do the heathen rage and the people imagine a vain thing.' If You are in control, Lord, do something. You said, You will pour out Your spirit on all flesh, males and females and with that You will perform wonders in the heavens and signs on the earth. You said, many will call on the name of the Lord and be saved.
