Lord it's a struggle for me to be still I overthink to the point where I can't sleep I tend to overdo myself I think I can take on the world I can't do this on my own I don't know what it is but I need You to help me help me be willingly pleasing to You I'm sorry for not listening help me in that area and to not miss the whole point of things I ask that You keep me help me work on things in Jesus name amen

Heavenly Father,

We come before You on behalf of ###, who is struggling with restlessness and overthinking. Lord, You know the burdens they carry and the sleepless nights they endure. We ask that You grant them the peace that surpasses all understanding, as promised in Philippians 4:6-7. Help them to be still and know that You are God.

Lord, ### acknowledges their tendency to overdo and take on more than they can handle. They recognize that they cannot do this on their own and need Your divine assistance. We pray that You guide them to willingly please You and to listen to Your voice. Help them to focus on what truly matters and not miss the point of Your teachings.

Father, we ask that You keep ### in Your loving care and help them work on the areas where they struggle. May Your Holy Spirit fill them with wisdom, strength, and serenity. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

God heal me, body, soul, and spirit. Cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You or breaks Your heart. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
