Lord I want to be a light towards the unsaved but the nastiness after this election has me tuning out people on both sides of the isle politically. I don't follow "Republican Jesus" nor "Humanist Jesus" I follow Jesus the Son of God who died so I may be saved. I wasn't going to be happy about either one winning but I'm a thorn in the side of these political groups in one way or the other. People on both sides need Jesus, need salvation because we are looking at the two sides of the same coin. They are very closely related although they seem different because they are lost. Jesus please change their violent behaviour and deep insecurity long enough to realize both parties have the devil in the details. Lord please bring about events in the lives of those who even at the most unbelieving militant will have to confront God's truth and not strike their enemy. Jesus please bring revival to our nation starting with a opening of the eyes of those who hold politics as an idol. Jesus is King!! In Jesus name heal our land. Amen

Here is a SCRIPTURE we all need to be very aware of in pleasing GOD    PROVERBS 24;17    This SCRIPTURE says so much, (it also seems to contradict the words of KING DAVID in the PSALMS   for instance PSALM  70)   but this is for GOD  to decide,    I am praying for you and your success in preaching to the people of our land and for GOD  to impart HIS COURAGE AND INSTRUCTION TO YOU in your daily walk   amen and amen all glory to JESUS  amen and amen
