Lord I want the best for Conor. I miss him very much. He was aways respectful and protective of me. He was a good and peaceful man but he struggled with alcohol because of the abuse he and his best friend experienced as young alter boys. No one believed them and his best friend commited suicide because of the abuse. Conor has carried this in his heart his whole life. I left him cause i did not enjoy him coming home occasionally drunk. I was already married to a different kind of alcoholic in the past. Lord I have bumped into him many times recently and he looks like he is doing much better. We have stopped and chatted many times and it seems he is getting his life in order. He seems more motivated. Lord Help us to find our way back. We had a good relationship. He was never violent or rude but it was like taking care of child having to go get him, carrying him home and tucking him in because of the drunkeness. Lord I pray this prayer because we were a good union when there was no alcohol in the mix. We had a lot in common. We always inspired each other and pushed each other to pursue our dreams. When we were broken up he still took care of me. When my son lost his eye he would cook and bring us dinner at least 3 times a week. He's a good man. I'm not YOU Lord so I cant remove his chidhood pain but I pray Lord that you heal his heart and cease his desire for alcohol. I pray that you bring us closer and for us to reunite. I lift up this prayer to You in your name and in the name of the Holy Spirit Amen
