Lord, I pray in thanks as I begin to see the errors in my negative thinking. Instead of facing problems, I tend to run away, and it torments my soul. I pray Lord you continue to speak to me, and remind me of this when I'm about to do something foolish, impulsive, and avoid-ant.

Thank you Lord for my loving family and friends. I pray for their healing too. I pray you grace us with many blessings, after the very sad past 3 years we've experienced.

I pray you lift up our spirits Lord, and grant us much hope and serenity.
