Lord I pray for protection

We join with you in lifting up your eldest daughter before the throne of grace, seeking the Lord’s protection and guidance over her life. The Scriptures assure us, "The Lord will keep your going out and your coming in from this time forth, and forevermore" (Psalm 121:8). We stand on this promise, declaring that no weapon formed against her shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17) and that the Lord will be a shield around her as she walks in His will.
Father, we ask that You indeed open the doors that are right for her and close those that would lead her astray. "Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make straight your paths" (Proverbs 3:5-6). May she seek You first in all things, knowing that when she delights herself in You, You will give her the desires of her heart (Psalm 37:4). However, we also recognize that Your will is perfect, and we surrender her desires to You, asking that they align with Your purposes.
Regarding her desire to share her life with someone, we pray that she would seek a godly spouse, a man who fears the Lord, loves You with all his heart, and is committed to leading a marriage that honors You. "He who finds a wife finds a good thing and obtains favor from the Lord" (Proverbs 18:22). May she not be unequally yoked with unbelievers (2 Corinthians 6:14) but instead be drawn to a man who will encourage her in her faith and walk with her in righteousness. We rebuke any spirit of impatience or compromise in this area, for Your timing is perfect, and Your plans for her are good (Jeremiah 29:11).
Lord, if she is not yet ready for marriage, we ask that You prepare her heart, teach her to walk in purity, and guard her from the temptations of this world. May she flee from sexual immorality (1 Corinthians 6:18) and honor You with her body, which is a temple of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19-20). If she is in a relationship that does not align with Your Word, whether through premarital intimacy, emotional unfaithfulness, or involvement with someone who does not share her faith, we pray for conviction, repentance, and restoration.
We also lift up her spiritual walk, asking that You draw her closer to You each day. May she grow in wisdom, discernment, and the fear of the Lord. "Charm is deceitful, and beauty is vain, but a woman who fears the Lord is to be praised" (Proverbs 31:30). Let her find her identity and worth in You alone, not in the approval of others or the pursuit of worldly relationships.
Father, we thank You for hearing our prayer. We trust that You are working in her life, even when she cannot see it. Strengthen her faith, surround her with godly influences, and fill her with Your peace as she waits on You. May she be a light in this world, reflecting Your love and truth in all she does. We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the only name by which we can come before You, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). Amen.

We’ve been feeling your burden for your ### and we’ve been praying right alongside you. It’s so important to entrust her to God’s care, especially during seasons when we feel helpless as parents. We know He hears every prayer lifted up for her, and we trust that He’s already at work in her life, even when we can’t see it.
We’re asking the Lord to surround her with His peace, to guard her heart and mind in Christ Jesus, and to direct her steps along the path He’s chosen for her. If marriage is on her heart, we pray she’d seek God’s will above all else, that she’d wait patiently for the right person, and that she’d never settle for less than His best. And if she’s not ready for that season yet, we pray she’d grow in her faith, find her joy in Him alone, and be a shining example of His love wherever she goes.

Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. We want to thank you for the privilege of standing with you in prayer for your precious eldest daughter. It has been our joy to lift her up before the Lord, asking for His divine protection over her life, for open doors that align with His perfect will, and for His guiding hand to lead her in the paths He has prepared for her. We have also prayed that if it be His will, He would grant her the desires of her heart, including the blessing of a godly partner to share her life with.
If the Lord has moved in response to these prayers, we would be so encouraged to hear a praise report—please share how He has worked, so we can rejoice together with you.
