We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up this family before the Lord. Heavenly Father, we thank You for the privilege of intercession and for the promise that when we ask according to Your will, You hear us. We recognize that all provision, wisdom, and transformation come from You alone.
Father, we first acknowledge that true happiness and fulfillment are found only in You. We pray for this family, that their hearts would be turned toward Your kingdom and Your righteousness, trusting that all these other things will be added unto them. Lord, we ask for Your divine provision for the housing need before them. You own the cattle on a thousand hills, and nothing is too hard for You. We declare that You will open the windows of heaven and pour out blessings that there will not be room enough to receive them. Provide the exact amount needed in Your perfect timing, and let this family walk in faith, not fear.
For the daughter, we pray for a spirit of contentment and focus. Father, help her to find her joy in You and in the precious children You have entrusted to her care. Guard her heart against the deception that moving to a different place will bring the happiness she seeks, for true peace is found in Christ alone. We ask for financial blessings to flow into her life as she seeks to honor You with her stewardship. May she be a godly example to her children, teaching them to trust in You.
For the son, we come against the spirit of deception and rebellion. Lord, Your Word declares that the truth will set us free. We pray that he would come to a place of repentance, taking full responsibility for his actions. Soften his heart, Father, and let him see the destructive path he is on. Surround him with godly men who will speak truth into his life and hold him accountable. We declare that he will get his life together, not by his own strength, but by the power of Your Holy Spirit working within him.
For the nephew, we ask for Your divine intervention. Father, You are the God who provides, and we trust You to open doors of opportunity for employment. Strengthen him to maintain what You have given him, including his apartment, and let him find true happiness in a relationship with You. May he come to know the joy of the Lord, which is his strength.
For the grandchildren, we pray a hedge of protection around them. Keep them safe from physical harm, sickness, and the snares of the enemy. Let them grow in wisdom and stature, and in favor with God and man. May they come to know You at an early age and walk in the purpose You have for their lives.
Father, we must address the issue of lying and lack of accountability in this family. Your Word is clear: "Lying lips are an abomination to the Lord, but those who deal truly are His delight." We rebuke the spirit of deception and pray for a spirit of truth to prevail. Let this family walk in integrity, knowing that You desire truth in the inward parts.
We also lift up the matter of happiness. True joy is not found in circumstances, locations, or material possessions, but in a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. We pray that each member of this family would come to know You intimately, for in Your presence is fullness of joy. If any among them do not yet know You as Lord and Savior, we pray for their salvation. Let them hear the Gospel, respond in faith, and be born again by the power of Your Holy Spirit.
Lord, we declare that it is not by might, nor by power, but by Your Spirit that these things will come to pass. We stand on Your promises, knowing that You are faithful to complete the good work You have begun in this family. We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved. Amen.
Let us hold fast to the confession of our hope without wavering, for He who promised is faithful. We encourage this family to seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added unto them. Let them not grow weary in doing good, for in due season they shall reap if they do not lose heart. May they find their strength in the Lord and in the power of His might, putting on the whole armor of God that they may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.
