8 The master commended the dishonest manager for his shrewdness. For the sons of this world[a] are more shrewd in dealing with their own generation than the sons of light.
The closer you get to the Lord the less you will understand the ways and politics of this world and work. But, you and the Lord are a majority wherever you are. He can lead you in ways that shall be a blessing to you, and to those around you. Others will stand back amazed and astonished, and be saying, "how did he know that, how did he do that". Read and meditate on Psalm 91, memorize it, speak it aloud.
You do not "need" a new job, you need more of the Lord.

We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect.
