Lord, I am at the end of my rope. I need your help. I am suffering greatly from anxiety, depression, IBS, and emetophobia. I can't go on like this much longer. I need your help. I can barely eat, and my weight is way too low. It's so low it's affecting my heart rate and blood pressure. I barely have the energry to walk up the stairs. Please, Lord, I don't want to die like this.
