Lord, how do you deal with a supervisor that you can never seem to

Lord, how do you deal with a supervisor that you can never seem to please, who twists your words, who tries to bate you into saying or doing things? Lord, no matter what I do it is the wrong thing. She feels the need to be over controlling all of a sudden. I am an intelligent person who knows her job. Lord, I lift this up to you. Lord, please send me in the right direction on this. I thank You that I have a job. Lord, please be with my supervisor and help her through whatever it is that is making her act the way she is.
