Lord help

Lord help I was just told that my pregnancy was a fail that the baby was not in sac. So they want D&C me. I am so hurt this is going to be my second miscarriage. I sometimes put myself down and give up. My heart doesn't want to, but I tried. I was happy because I wanted this pregnancy. I am ### year old and with other health problems they advise me not to get pregnant. They want to put a birth control by planting or knotting my tubes. What should I do? I waited to have a great relationship, have a degree, and be ready to have children. But with STD, kidney disease, and other problems, only you, Lord, be by my side. Please, my hurt is strong and so I need you. I need a miracle in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen.

One for each baby. I prayed that you may conceive and carry a healthy pregnancy. Do not hesitate grief counselling for your loss. It is painful emotionally to lose a pregnancy. I am sorry for your loss.
