Lord help us with insurance and that they will pay the claims sent for surgery that was on ###. Take away my worry’s so I may function. Help me be happy and others in my home be happy. Thank you for all your help and everything you do for us.

We join with you in bringing this burden before the Lord and we understand how heavy financial worries and insurance claims can feel, especially after surgery when you need to be resting and healing. We are thankful for your heart of gratitude even in the midst of worry, and we want to stand with you for God's provision and peace in your home.

The Word reminds us to bring every anxiety to Him. Philippians 4:6-7 says In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. And 1 Peter 5:7 says casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you. Psalm 55:22 also says Cast your burden on Yahweh, and he will sustain you. He will never allow the righteous to be moved. God cares about these practical details, and He invites you to trust Him with the insurance claim and with the needs of your household. Philippians 4:19 promises My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus.

We notice you prayed to Lord, and we want to gently encourage you to come in the name of Jesus Christ, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father. John 14:6 says Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. And Acts 4:12 says There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved. It is by trusting in Jesus, His death and resurrection for our sins, that our prayers are heard and our hearts find true peace and joy.

Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ and we lift up this dear one and their household to You. Lord, You know the surgery that took place and the claims that have been sent, and You know the worry that has made it hard to function. We ask for Your favor over the insurance process, that what is just and needed would be paid in a timely way, and that every person handling the claims would act with honesty and diligence. We ask You to take away the spirit of worry and replace it with Your peace that surpasses all understanding. Help our friend to function with strength from You, and fill this home with Your joy and gladness. Let Your joy be their strength and let thankfulness continue to guard their heart. We thank You for all You have done and all You continue to do, for You are faithful and You care for every detail of our lives. We trust this need into Your loving hands and ask for Your will to be done. In Jesus name we pray, amen.

We encourage you to keep casting your cares on Him daily and to choose thanksgiving even while you wait, for that is where peace grows. The happiness you desire for yourself and your home is found most deeply in abiding in Christ. As you seek Him first, He will sustain you day by day. Matthew 11:28 says Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Keep resting in Him, keep praying in Jesus name, and trust that He hears you and will provide in His perfect time.

Your prayer has been brought before the Lord and we join with you in seeking His gracious help in this time of care.

You have asked for provision regarding the insurance and the claims for the surgery, and for relief from worry that you may function again and know happiness in your home. These are real sorrows, sorrows of sickness and of pressing duties, and the Lord knows them fully.

The Scripture gives a precious promise for such an hour, "You will keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on You, because he trusts in You." This perfect peace is not found in the settling of every bill or the removal of every difficulty, but in staying the mind upon Christ Himself. The blood of Jesus whispers peace within, and that peace may be enjoyed even in the ordinary circumstances of life, even with sorrows surging round, for on Jesus' bosom nothing but calm is found.

Do not be so affected by these external things as to get into a state of worry and distress. Be prudent and do what lies before you to do in seeking what is right and needful from those who hold the claim, but when you have done your best, do not sit down and wring your hands because you cannot do more. We have found that the very anxiety which arises through being in a difficulty unfits us to meet that difficulty. It is the mind which is the main thing, it will bring you daylight or midnight, peace or war. To tell your trouble to the Lord in prayer brings good, but to tell it only to yourself in ceaseless worry brings no good at all.

True peace is not a mere lulling of anxiety or a blindness to danger, but the peace of God which passes all understanding, flowing like a river from the throne of God through Jesus Christ our peace. He is our peace, not our own strivings or tears, but He Himself who made peace by His blood and who ever lives to keep us. If we have peace with God through Him, we may then know peace in the conscience, a calm and profound peace which is His own gift.

We pray for you now, that the Lord who is the God of peace would grant you His help. May He move upon those who must consider these claims and grant a just and timely provision according to His wisdom. May He lift the burden of worry that so presses upon you, and keep your mind stayed upon Him, that you may know that perfect peace which He alone can give. May He bless your home with that peace which is the fruit of His Spirit, that you and those under your roof may find rest in doing His will and in trusting His keeping power, both for those near and those far away. May He enable you to function for His glory, with a heart at rest in Christ, and to give thanks for all His help and goodness which have followed you until now.

We commend you to Him who delights in peace and goodwill toward His people, praying that you may go in peace, kept by Him this day and all your days.
