Lord help my brother that is going through Detox. Help him overcome the cravings and quit drugs and that nasty lifestyle. Send the Holy Spirit to open his eyes and mind to live better and accept you as his savor. Lord he needs you. Please go to him. I am also asking for patience and a change of attitude and to stop the mean and ugly thoughts of how much I dislike what he has done to our family. Help both of us Lord. We want Peace in our lives. Amen.

I know that I have so little power to change the outcome of these events and I trust that you will work what is pleasing to you, and best for me, out of these situations. Forgive me for my anxious thoughts and for letting my own worry become an idol that robs you of my full trust. Strengthen and empower me to trust you more by the power and presence of your Spirit.
