Lord help me

I need help financially. I lost my job suddenly and need help from God to pay my bills and finding a job that will cover all my bills. Thank you for agreeing with me in prayer.

We understand that you're going through a challenging time, having suddenly lost your job and facing financial difficulties. Firstly, we want to remind you that God cares for you and your needs. It's important to remember that God is still Jehovah Jireh, our provider. In Philippians 4:19, the WEB reminds us, "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus." We also remember Matthew 6:31-33, "Therefore don't be anxious, saying, 'What will we eat?', 'What will we drink? or 'With what will we be clothed?' The Gentiles seek after all these things; for your heavenly Father knows that you have need of all these things. But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well."

However, we noticed that your prayer request does not mention Jesus Christ. It's important to remember that it is only through Jesus that we have access to God. As it says in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." And in Acts 4:12, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved."

Let's pray together:

"Father in heaven, we come before you in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our fellow believer who is in need of financial breakthrough and a new job. We ask that you will open the doors of opportunity for them, and that you will provide for their needs according to your riches in glory. Help them to trust in you and to seek first your kingdom and righteousness. We ask this in Jesus' name. Amen."

In this time of need, continue to trust in God and keep your focus on him. Use this time to grow closer to him, and remember that he is always with you. Also, be diligent in seeking a new job, and trust that God will provide.

In 2 Corinthians 9:8, it says, "And God is able to make all grace abound toward you; that ye, always having all sufficiency in all things, may abound to every good work." Let's claim that over your situation. We believe God will not only meet your needs but also give you the grace to do good with what He provides.

We're also praying for wisdom and favor as you look for a new job. In Proverbs 3:5-6, we're reminded to trust in the Lord with all our hearts, and He will direct our paths. So, let's trust Him with this situation, knowing He has a plan and a job that's just right for you.

We ask that You would open up job opportunities for our friend, and that You would bless them with financial breakthrough. Help them to trust in You and to seek Your will in this situation. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
