Lord help me today

Thank you Lord for all you have done for us and for all answered prayers.
Lord I have a situation at work. I need your intervention in a matter you know is weighing heavy on my mind. Help solve this issue today positively in my favor, in favor of the student and my program.

Thank you Lord. Walk beside me, lift me up and take away my anxiety as I fear not as you are with me always.

I know my prayers are very repetitive, but that is because my prayers are what I need. Lord, I need help at work to keep everything simple and not find or have issues in processes, in audits, enrollment or helping anyone. May this week run smoothly with all situations. May everyone I help be respectful and understand the process and be nice. Help keep my job responsibilities simple and that any legislation does not affect them. Help that everyone enrolls correctly, and those that don’t answer our emails quickly and situations are fixed promptly. Help those who need to submit waivers do so promptly this week. May the other departments take the responsibility of issues that they can help with and have them resolved quickly. Let it resolve itself soon and with no issues. Help that others help me in situations which could be problematic.

May new leadership not find fault in my program or what I do. Help me to be liked and that others are nice to me. When we are given more work to do, be it simple and not out of someone taking advantage of us. Keep my current supervisor in place until I retire. In the coming months may have someone new in a position of leadership to be higher above my supervisor. Let that person be nice and easy to work with and like the current VP. Help me with anything I might need in regards to the leadership transition and my program. Keep my supervisor the same. Keep everything working correctly in my job for the next few years before I retire. Take away any anxiety I have with my job. Help us be able to work from home 100% as decisions are being made by new leadership and companies for our future. Help me complete my work with no issues. Thank you for helping with all the situations which need to be resolved. Watch over our jobs and keep us both employed in our current jobs and safe. Save us both from being let go from our jobs or having our pay cut. Keep us safe in finances and health. Help us be able to retire when we want and that our finances are not hurt by legislation or changing finances in the world.

Help my family with issues at work giving them anxiety. Help calm my anxiety with finances and show me everything will be ok for us now and in the future.

We pray to you and fear not as you walk with us always. Lord, please help with my health. Help put me on a path to becoming healthier and reducing anxiety. Please heal my depression and anxiety and keep me safe. I fear not as you walk with me always. Help my family with anxiety and depression as well.

Help with our taxes that they are submitted correctly. Help us find an easy solution to fixing our door and that we have no damage from hail during storms. Help us to be able to fix our home and that our foundation doesn’t need to be fixed. Help keep mold from damaging our home.

Help me be productive with my time off, eat healthier and lose weight and control my blood sugar.

Keep family safe in decisions and the changes going on in their lives.

I pray we receive good news and upcoming doctor appointments throughout this year. I pray you help strengthen a person's heart so it beats normally with normal strength and pressure.

Thank you for answering my prayers and for continuing to always watch over us. I fear not as you are with us always.

We join you in lifting up your heart and concerns to our Heavenly Father, who knows your every need before you even ask. It is beautiful to see your trust in Him, and we stand with you in prayer, knowing that He is faithful to answer those who call upon Him in truth. We do notice that while you have poured out your heart, the name of Jesus was not invoked in your prayer. It is only through Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father, as Scripture declares: *"Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me'* (John 14:6, WEB). *"There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"* (Acts 4:12, WEB). Let us always come boldly before the throne of grace in the name of Jesus, for He is our Mediator and Advocate.

We also hear the weight of anxiety and fear in your words, and we gently remind you of what the Lord commands: *"Don’t be anxious for anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus"* (Philippians 4:6-7, WEB). Anxiety is not from the Lord, and He calls us to cast all our cares upon Him, for He cares for us (1 Peter 5:7). Let us trust in His sovereignty, even in the details of work, health, and finances, knowing that He holds all things together.

Regarding your work, we pray that the Lord would grant you favor and wisdom as you navigate the responsibilities before you. *"Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that you will receive the reward of the inheritance from the Lord. You serve the Lord Christ"* (Colossians 3:23-24, WEB). We ask the Lord to give you clarity, simplicity in processes, and cooperation from those around you. May He place leaders over you who are just, kind, and supportive, and may your program thrive under His guidance. If there are areas where you feel overwhelmed or taken advantage of, we pray the Lord would give you the courage to set godly boundaries and the wisdom to know when to speak or remain silent. Remember, *"The king’s heart is in Yahweh’s hand like the water courses. He turns it wherever he desires"* (Proverbs 21:1, WEB). Trust that He can turn the hearts of those in authority for your good and His glory.

We also lift up your health and that of your family. The Lord is our Healer, and we ask Him to strengthen your body, mind, and spirit. *"Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be healthy, even as your soul prospers"* (3 John 1:2, WEB). For the heart condition you mentioned, we pray for divine healing and restoration, that every beat would align with His perfect design. We ask the Lord to guide you in stewardship over your body—giving you discipline to eat well, exercise, and manage stress in a way that honors Him. Anxiety and depression are real battles, but they are not battles you fight alone. The Lord is near to the brokenhearted, and He promises to renew your strength as you wait on Him (Isaiah 40:31).

For your finances and home, we pray for the Lord’s provision and protection. *"Therefore don’t be anxious, saying, ‘What will we eat?’ ‘What will we drink?’ or, ‘With what will we be clothed?’ ... For your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well"* (Matthew 6:31-33, WEB). We ask the Lord to guard your home from damage, to provide the resources to make necessary repairs, and to give you wisdom in managing your taxes and finances. May He shield you from financial hardship and grant you peace in knowing that He is your Provider.

Lastly, we encourage you to examine your heart in the area of trust. While it is good to bring your requests before the Lord, we sense a tendency to seek control over outcomes rather than surrendering them entirely to Him. *"Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight"* (Proverbs 3:5-6, WEB). The Lord may not always answer in the way we expect or desire, but His ways are higher than ours (Isaiah 55:9), and He works all things together for the good of those who love Him (Romans 8:28). Let us release our grip on the "how" and "when," and instead rest in the truth that He is good, He is sovereign, and He loves you deeply.

Now, let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our sister who has poured out her heart before You. Lord, we thank You for Your faithfulness in hearing and answering prayer. We ask that You would fill her with Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guarding her heart and mind in Christ Jesus. Rebuke the spirit of anxiety and fear in her life, and replace it with a deep, unshakable trust in You.

For her work, Lord, we ask for Your divine intervention. Grant her favor with her supervisors and colleagues. Give her wisdom to navigate her responsibilities with excellence and simplicity. Protect her program from unnecessary scrutiny or fault-finding, and let her labor be fruitful and honored. If there are areas where she feels overwhelmed, Lord, show her how to steward her time and energy well. Provide leaders over her who are godly, fair, and encouraging. Keep her employed and secure in her position, and open doors for her to continue working remotely as she desires. Let every audit, enrollment, and process go smoothly, and may those she helps be cooperative and respectful.

For her health, Lord, we ask for Your healing touch. Strengthen her body, regulate her blood sugar, and restore her to full health. Break the chains of anxiety and depression, and fill her with Your joy and hope. Guide her in making healthy choices—eating well, resting, and managing stress in a way that honors You. We pray specifically for the heart condition mentioned, that You would restore normal rhythm and strength, bringing glory to Your name as her Healer.

For her finances and home, we ask for Your provision and protection. Guard her home from damage, provide for repairs, and keep their foundation secure. Give her wisdom in managing their taxes and finances, and protect them from financial loss or hardship. Let them experience Your faithfulness in every area of their lives.

For her family, Lord, we pray for Your peace to rule in their hearts. Calm their anxieties, provide for their needs, and guide them in every decision they face. Keep them safe, healthy, and walking closely with You.

Father, we also pray that You would draw her closer to Yourself. Help her to seek first Your Kingdom and Your righteousness, trusting that You will provide all she needs. Remove any idols of control or self-reliance, and fill her with a deeper dependence on You.

We declare Your promises over her life: that You will never leave her nor forsake her (Deuteronomy 31:6), that You have plans to prosper her and not to harm her (Jeremiah 29:11), and that Your grace is sufficient for her in every circumstance (2 Corinthians 12:9). May she walk in the confidence of Your love and the assurance of Your presence.
