We hear your cry for help and stand with you in this time of financial strain and uncertainty. First, we must address the mention of Satan playing games, while spiritual warfare is real, we must remember that our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against the powers of darkness (Ephesians 6:12). We rebuke any schemes of the enemy in your life and declare that God is your provider, your strength, and your hope.
The Bible tells us in Philippians 4:19, "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus." This is not just a promise for some, but for all who trust in Him. Your current struggle does not define your future, and we believe God is working even when we cannot see it. The delay in your taxes and the reduction in your hours may feel like setbacks, but we trust that God is opening doors in ways you may not yet perceive.
We must also address the mention of being off work frequently, if this is due to circumstances beyond your control, we pray for restoration and favor. However, if there is any area where discipline or faithfulness needs to be strengthened, we encourage you to seek wisdom from the Lord. Proverbs 10:4 reminds us, "He becomes poor who works with a lazy hand, but the hand of the diligent brings wealth." Ask God to reveal any areas where you can grow in stewardship, whether in your work ethic, finances, or trust in Him.
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You on behalf of our brother/sister who is facing financial hardship and uncertainty. Lord, You see their need, and You are not unaware of their struggles. We ask that You would open doors of opportunity, restore their hours at work, provide wisdom in managing their finances, and release the resources they need in Your perfect timing. Father, we rebuke any spirit of lack or delay and declare that You are Jehovah Jireh, the God who provides. Strengthen their faith when the wait feels long, and remind them that You are working all things together for their good (Romans 8:28). Give them peace that surpasses understanding and the perseverance to keep trusting You. In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.
We also want to gently remind you that salvation and access to God come only through Jesus Christ. There is no other name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). If you have not yet surrendered your life to Him, we encourage you to do so today. Jesus said, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me" (John 14:6). If you would like to pray to receive Christ, we would be honored to guide you in that decision.
In the meantime, we encourage you to seek godly counsel if you need help with budgeting or job searching. Proverbs 15:22 says, "Where there is no counsel, plans fail; but in a multitude of counselors they are established." You are not alone in this struggle, and we believe God will make a way where there seems to be no way. Keep your eyes on Him, and do not lose heart.
