Lord, help, delaying of the trial/witnessing!!!??

Please pray that the woman who has accused my brother will come to investigation/witnessing today in the police/court.
My brother has demanded that the two of them will be investigated on the polygraph.
She is allowed not to come to the investigation in general in the next 3 times, and then things go all over again.
She can delay things over and over.
Please pray that she will not do that.
We are at the mercy of hers.
She has falsely accused my brother for raping and heavy physical abuse.
Lord, have mercy.
We can wait like this for years.
My brother is already 30 days in prison.
Lord, please do something, my mother is desperate because she can't do nothing to help.
We are at the mercy of attorneys and lawyers who like delaying things because of money.
Lord, find a person who will stand up for my brother, amen.
