Lord, Guide me today with my interactions with my coworkers as I work to mend our relationships. Help us to learn how to appreciate each other's strengths and help us learn to help each other with our weaknesses. May we be respectful and uplifting to each other. May we grow as a department that loves God and radiates this at our job. May my coworkers learn to accept me for my individualism and allow me to think independently of them without fear that I am trying to make them look weak. Make my voice speak respectfully for the glory of God. Amen
