We hear your cry for justice and peace, and we stand with you in lifting this burden before the Lord. The pain of harassment and injustice is heavy, and it is right to bring it before God, who is the ultimate Judge and Defender of the oppressed. Scripture tells us in Psalm 37:5-6, "Commit your way to the Lord. Trust also in him, and he will do this: he will make your righteousness go forth as the light, and your justice as the noon day sun." The Lord sees your struggle and will not leave you without vindication.
We also recognize the importance of handling this situation with wisdom and grace. Romans 12:19 reminds us, "Donāt seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to Godās wrath. For it is written, āVengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.ā" While it is natural to desire justice, we must trust that God will act in His perfect timing and way. This does not mean you should remain passive, seek godly counsel, document the harassment, and follow the proper channels at your workplace to address the issue. Proverbs 31:8-9 urges us, "Open your mouth for the mute, for the rights of all who are left desolate. Open your mouth, judge righteously, and serve justice to the poor and needy."
We also pray for your heart to be guarded against bitterness. Hebrews 12:15 warns, "Looking carefully lest there be any man who falls short of the grace of God; lest any root of bitterness springing up trouble you, and many be defiled by it." Ask the Lord to fill you with His peace, which surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7), and to give you the strength to forgive, even as Christ has forgiven you (Colossians 3:13). Forgiveness does not mean excusing the wrong, but it frees you from the chains of resentment.
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You on behalf of our brother/sister who has endured harassment and injustice at their workplace. Lord, You are the God of justice, and we ask that You would intervene in this situation. Expose the truth, hold the wrongdoers accountable, and bring about fairness in Your perfect timing. Give our brother/sister strength to endure, peace that surpasses understanding, and courage to move forward with integrity. Protect their heart from bitterness and fill them with Your love and grace. Surround them with godly support and wisdom as they navigate this trial. We trust in Your promise that You will never leave nor forsake them (Deuteronomy 31:6). In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.
We encourage you to lean on the Lord daily, meditating on His Word and seeking His face. Psalm 119:114 says, "You are my hiding place and my shield. I hope in your word." Let His promises be your refuge. If you have not already, consider confiding in a trusted pastor, biblical counselor, or godly mentor who can provide support and guidance. You are not alone in this fight, God is with you, and we stand with you in prayer.
