Lord God, I don't have words right now. I feel sick to my stomach and soul. Today I have faced all of the horrendous abuse of my parents over the decades for the first time. I am filled with so much emotion yet am empty. My soul is screaming, crying and shaking though my eyes have no tears. Please pray for me that this sick feeling passes and grant me the strength and support to get through my long night at work so that my service to others in need is of the best quality. Please help me to heal from all this hurt. In Jesus' name, Amen.
