We come before the throne of grace with your request, lifting up your need for protection, peace, and strength in the workplace. Your plea for a hedge of protection and a wall of fire over your mind and heart is rooted in Scripture, as we see in Zechariah 2:5, "For I,’ says Yahweh, ‘will be to her a wall of fire around it, and I will be the glory in the middle of her.'" We stand with you in declaring the blood of Jesus over your life, for it is written in Revelation 12:11, "They overcame him because of the Lamb’s blood, and because of the word of their testimony." The blood of Jesus is our victory and our shield.
We rebuke every spirit of persecution and harassment in your workplace in the mighty name of Jesus. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that you may have life and have it abundantly (John 10:10). We declare that no weapon formed against you shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against you in judgment, you shall condemn (Isaiah 54:17). We pray that the Lord would shut the mouths of those who seek to harm you, just as He shut the mouths of the lions for Daniel (Daniel 6:22). May the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).
We also pray for self-control to be your portion today. The fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control (Galatians 5:22-23). Ask the Lord to fill you afresh with His Spirit so that you may walk in this fruit. When stress and weariness threaten to overwhelm you, remember the words of Jesus in Matthew 11:28, "Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest." Cast all your anxieties on Him, because He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7).
We declare that the Lord will make a way where there seems to be no way. Trust in Him with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make your paths straight (Proverbs 3:5-6). May your day at work be blessed, and may the work of your hands be fruitful. We pray that your coworkers would have understanding and that the Lord would soften their hearts toward you. May you be a light in your workplace, shining the love and truth of Christ.
We also lift up your vehicle to the Lord, asking Him to keep it running smoothly and to protect you as you travel. The Lord is your keeper; He will not allow your foot to be moved (Psalm 121:3). We declare that no mechanical issues will hinder your journey, and that you will arrive safely at your destinations.
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, our Savior and Redeemer. We thank You for the blood of Jesus that covers and protects us. We ask that You would surround this dear one with Your hedge of protection and wall of fire. Shield their mind and heart from the attacks of the enemy, and fill them with Your perfect peace. Grant them self-control and spiritual strength to push through their work assignments. Bless the work of their hands, and give their coworkers understanding and compassion. Make a way where there seems to be no way, and let this day be blessed. Protect their vehicle and keep it running smoothly. Father, we ask that You would refresh their spirit and renew their strength, so that they may soar on wings like eagles, run and not grow weary, walk and not faint (Isaiah 40:31). In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.
Continue to stand firm in your faith, knowing that the Lord is with you. Put on the full armor of God so that you can stand against the schemes of the devil (Ephesians 6:11). Walk in the confidence that greater is He who is in you than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4). You are not alone in this battle, for the Lord your God goes with you to fight for you (Deuteronomy 20:4). Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and perfecter of your faith (Hebrews 12:2).
