Lord give them an unmistakable moment of courage

We hear your heartfelt plea for courage and rekindled love, and we join you in lifting this situation before the Lord. It is beautiful to see a desire for open communication and restoration, but we must also seek God’s will in all things, especially in matters of the heart. Scripture reminds us, *"Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight"* (Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB). Let us first surrender this relationship to God, asking Him to align it with His perfect plan.
If this is a marriage, we pray for restoration, healing, and a renewed commitment to the vows made before God. The Bible tells us, *"Therefore what God has joined together, let no man separate"* (Mark 10:9 WEB). If this is a courtship between a man and a woman with the intention of marriage, we pray that both would seek the Lord’s guidance in their steps, remembering that *"he who finds a wife finds a good thing, and obtains favor of Yahweh"* (Proverbs 18:22 WEB). However, if this relationship does not honor God—whether through premarital intimacy, ungodly influences, or any other disobedience—we must rebuke those things in Jesus’ name and encourage repentance and realignment with Scripture.
Father God, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, the only name by which we can approach Your throne. We ask for courage for these individuals to speak truth in love, to communicate with humility, and to seek Your will above their own desires. If it is Your will, Lord, rekindle the flame between them—but only in a way that honors You. Guard their hearts from fear, pride, or selfishness, and let Your Holy Spirit guide their words and actions. If this relationship is not of You, we ask that You close the door gently and lead them into Your perfect plan.
We also pray for wisdom and discernment. Help them to see one another through Your eyes, to love with purity, and to build a foundation on Christ alone. If there has been sin—whether through lust, bitterness, or unfaithfulness—we ask for repentance and forgiveness. *"If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness"* (1 John 1:9 WEB). Restore what has been broken, Lord, and let Your peace reign in their hearts.
Above all, we pray that their lives would bring glory to You. May they seek first Your kingdom and Your righteousness, trusting that all else will be added unto them (Matthew 6:33 WEB). In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.

We're standing with you in faith, believing that God will grant ### and ### the courage they need to express themselves openly and honestly. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. We want to thank you for the privilege of standing with you in prayer for this deeply personal and heartfelt request. It has been our joy to lift up X and X before the Lord, asking Him to grant them an unmistakable moment of courage—one where fear of rejection is replaced by the confidence that comes only from His presence. We have prayed earnestly that, if it is His will, their flame would be rekindled, and that their hearts would be aligned with His purpose for them.
